Continued Wonderful Service

Chris located the issue, which turned out to be a one in a million problem! He special ordered the parts, and repaired my Fusion expeditiously! I was very happy how clean the car was and that I have my vehicle back! As always, fast and friendly service! That's why I keep coming back! I've been a customer for over 11 years now and will continue to go to Butler Ford until I cannot drive any more!

Great Experience ... went above and beyond.

First time customer ... found on internet ... had the car my daughter wanted. Went to Rt 23 from Ramsey. Rick Mostacero and management (including the owner ... how often does that happen?) really were terrific and down to earth. They went above and beyond to meet our budget objectives and get my daughter in that car. Dealership looked brand new ... although I understand they have been there a while. We highly recommend them ... and I would definitely buy from them again. Paperwork process was quick and easy. Pickup quick and easy. Rick came in on off day when we picked up the car to make sure all was as it should be.

Worst customer service

So I went to buy a 2017 Ford Mustang; everything was going fine. I was trying to figure out the number which works for me the best but sales person was getting upset because I was bringing in details about their promotions and they felt like they can’t ripped me off. The moment I mentioned I want to trade in my 2014 CRV($15000 needs to be paid to buy it off and had only 30k miles)they really didn’t appreciate it since I mentioned that they have 20% addition to my trade in (their special promotion) which shouldn’t leave me with any negative equity and I should be able to buy Mustang GT. The Sales person brought in the sales manager(James Kim; the Asian guy) who came in to the office looking so busy and rude when we were the only customer at dealership. When I told him about the promotion for trade in he said and I will put it in the quote “If I don’t want to take the car then I don’t have to” and he left the office without even listening to us. He is a very unprofessional sales person I ever met and I don’t know how he became a sales manager who doesn’t know anything about customer service. And the sales person was acting like some body forced him to work there and he doesn’t even care if he sell us the car. I would never step foot in that dealership even if they offer me a free vehicle.

Ford Escape

I recently went into 23 ford with the intention of getting into a new car. I'm a returning customer of 23 ford and they treated me like I was, working with me and giving me the help I needed to get into a new car. The car salesman Rick Mostacero worked with me for my very first lease and got me into a great car, He worked with me again this time and got me into this brand new Ford Escape. Definitely a happy returning customer

Great Salesmanship

This Ford dealership is around the corner from my house, so it's very convenient. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Fernando Pena with excellent results. He immediately knew what I was looking for and guided me to an appropriate purchase. With minimal, professional haggling, we agreed upon a price and I picked up my new vehicle in about 2 hours. Fernando called me a few days later to check on my satisfaction and all was good. Great job Rt 23 Auto!

Ford Mustang

My husband and I had a very enjoyable buying experience. Rick was excellent in every way. He listened , and was able to answer all of our questions. There was no pressure and he respected the fact that we needed a couple of days to make our decision and get our financing in order.
