Excellent experience and am satisfied customer

Rick Montacero at Route 23 Automall was a joy to work with from starte to finish. He communicated via emails and phone. We expressed that due to a new puppy at home , we had 2 hour time window. He expedited the process by picking out cars that matched my "must haves" list, I emailed to him earlier in the week. When we arrived , Rick was ready to help us work out a lease deal that was best for my budget and lifestyle. He had our puppy in mind and made sure we were out of there in 2 hours. Rick was efficient , knowledgeable, and not what you typically expect of car salesman. Rick was helpful not pushy. He made the process easy. Now, I have a new lease that I love. Thanks Rick.

Asked them to take a look at my tire making a clicking sound but since it was at the quick lube and they had no appointments they said it was fine. I will wait until the tire falls off.

THE BEST CAR DEALERSHIP YOU WILL FIND!!

I had been to other dealerships first and was sickened by their lies, misrepresentations, and sleezy even rude conduct. Then I came here. What a fantastic experience at Route 23. They are not at all like those other horrible dealers. Harold was so great. Ray in finance was super. And Dante was also great. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They care. They are nice people. They work with you. I would and will highly recommend them to everyone. They are the best!!

Couldn't have been better!

I am always nervous about car dealers and the pressure you think you'll be under. However, this was NOT the case. Rich was one of the best salesman I have ever worked with! He was friendly, accommodating and super patient with our process. They stayed well over closing time to help finish our paperwork. They worked with our budget and our needs to get us in a beautiful Nissan Rouge! Couldn't be happier! Thank you all for everything!

Great experience!

I am so pleased with how smooth and simple they made this process for me! NO pressure, everything was 100% honest and in the best interest for me! Route 23 Automall is very well represented by this customer service manager who I believe is a major reason why car buyers return to this dealership to buy and service their vehicles. It is what motivated my wife and I to purchase and service our Fords here. She is sensitive to our needs and is effective in presenting them to the servicemen who work on our vehicles. Over the years of coming here for service I have heard many customers express the same sentiment.

Unique Experience specifically thanking Richie Garcia

I'm the Owner of Sabretti's Hot Dogs & Wild Game Sausages located in Hopatcong, NJ. Richie is a patron that visits my business a few times a month. He has mentioned that he is the financial manager over at his place of work. I only work at my restaurant during the early shift when he typically visits. I referred one of my employees over to him cause he was interested in a Mustang. The young kid's mother speaks spanish only, however Richie is fluent in english and spanish. More importantly, I believed Richie was a straight shooter from the many questions I asked him prior to my employee's referral. He wasted no time, said it like it is, and gave my employee and his parents the best experience one can have at a dealership. I have bought countless new cars for my family, however it never went smoothly due many reasons I choose not to discuss on this platform. I'd like personally thank Richie for making me look good by reinforcing that where he works is different and we will not waste anyone's time which is exactly what I wanted for anyone I refer. We handle over 1000 customers a week and we will now refer all our customers in his direction. Thank you so much Richie...

I went with my son to buy a mustang handled by Richie Garcia

I was very surprised by how quick and painless Richie made the buying process. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all our financial concerns with ease. Richie was even able to answer my wife's questions in spanish! Im glad we were fortunate enough to be introduced to Richie Garcia by my son's boss.

Route 23 experience

This is the type of dealership all other dealers should be like. The sales people and staff care that you are happy. I never felt pushed to buy a car. I stopped in many times through the past year looking for the right car. The dealer took his time and when the deal I was looking for came up, then we made the deal. These are not the typical car sales people. Route 23 Auto Mall has been the best!

Great buying experience

I was in the market for an SUV but really wasn't sure what make. I tested most of the top models but selected the Ford Escape from Route 23 automall. The sales rep's did not pressure me on anything and gave me a great price. I did competitively shop this vehicle. Thank you to Scott Barna for a great experience.
