Extremely Disatisfied
We were extremely dissatisfied with our experience. We drove 3 hours to Glen Toyota to purchase a 2017 Toyota Sienna XLE Premium because they were getting difficult to acquire, given that the 2018s are just coming out. In total, we spent over 6 hours at the dealership from the time we arrived until we drove away, all with our 4 young children with us (all very well behaved, I will add). The salesperson was busy, which we understood, but I would expect that on a Saturday during tax season, that a dealership would be equipped to handle the volume of business. The salesperson did get irritated with us at one point because we were trying to negotiate. We had driven 3 hours, based on an internet sales price of $38,000. Once we arrived, we found out that that price was not available in conjunction with 0% financing, which was not specified online. I believe this is called a "bait and switch". Despite this, we went ahead with the sale, spending a significant amount more than we had intended. We were told that the paperwork would be processed, and to sit in the waiting room. Hours went by. Nothing other than coffee was offered (4 young kids). Had we been told it would be so long, we would have left to get some food. Given this situation, a dealership should have offered to order in pizza or something. Instead, we waited and eventually walked over to feed our child a donut for dinner. Finally, we signed the paperwork in a hurry with a rude finance guy. He did a poor job explaining things, and we were just ready to get out of there. Fast forward 2 weeks later. We get a call from the salesperson that we have to change our insurance over to my husband's name, because they messed up the paperwork and did not put the vehicle's registration in my name, which we had requested. I called the insurance company, only to find out that if we re-wrote the policy, it would cost us more because we would lose discounts for safe driving records. After several days of going back and forth, the dealership took care of it, but it also ended up costing us additional funds because they purchased new plates instead of transferring old ones. In addition, the salesman used very foul curse words on the phone with my insurance agency and proceeded to tell me that I needed to switch insurance companies. We have been with this insurance company for 18 years and know them personally. It was most certainly not their fault. When all of this was straightened out, I was assured that our registration and plates would be overnighted (as the temp. registration had expired), but it still took 4 days for them to send them via. Fed-Ex. Glen Toyota needs to take a hard look at all of their personnel, as well as their processes. No one in their right mind would purchase twice from them.

Buyer
DO NOT go to this dealership. I recently traded my truck in and got a Camry. I like the car I purchased but that's all I can say I liked. When I got in the car I saw there was less than 1/8 of a tank of gas. So I asked if they would give me a gas voucher like any courteous dealer would do. They refused to give me any compensation for gas after I asked and said they don't do that. I purchased the vehicle from Tom Jacobsen. Him and other associates of Glen Toyota said they would pay off the remainder of my previous loan from my trade in. I called all day yesterday but no one had the time to speak with me. They kept sending me to someone else to talk to and no one had any answers for me. I am about to get hit with a late penalty from a loan Glen Toyota was suppose to pay off WEEKS ago. They sent me paperwork for my new loan 3 days after my purchase. I do not understand why it has taken over 3 weeks to handle their side of the deal we made, which is paying off my loan. They have been very unprofessional and clearly do not how to run a business.

never got paper work promised
I have repeatedly contacted Jeff Manager of Glenn Toyota to send me my paper work on the RAVE 4 that I bought in October. I paid cash and never got a breakdown of my bill. How much my trade in was, how much taxes I paid etc. Because I paid cash they are not wanting to give this to me. I need this for the IRS declaration and I have talked to him several times and he promised he was emailing me me right away it has been 3 weeks. Telling me he sent it and never did. I told him to mail it then never did. Something is not right here and its not on the up and up. I would not recommend working with them once they get your business they don't care about you at all. I would still appreciate my information sent to me Jeff.

Best dealership experience ever!!
I've leased for second time from them. John Kraiza was our sales rep and he is really great at what he's doing. Pros: No unrealistic numbers, no empty talks.. He got me the best deal within 15-20 minutes.. I think transparency is key to their success.. Cons: Paperwork took a bit longer than I expected because they were understaffed that day but that's totally fine.

Great Company - Great experience
We met Tom at Glen Toyota when we bought a 2015 Tacoma. We had a great experience with them. We (today) bought a 2017 Highlander. We had told Tom what we wanted a few months ago as our Audi Q7 lease was up (we had NOTHING but problems with that car!). We emailed that we were ready to pull the trigger - we agreed on cost. Tom said car would be ready today at 10:30. Low and behold, our new Highlander SE was ready to go, paperwork was ready, finance manager didn't pull the normal stunts. We arrived at about 11:15 and were in our new car by 11:55. Would have been faster, but we had to get the baby seat in. HIGHLY recommend them. Great family dealership and I hear their new service facility is spectacular! Only reason for the 4 stars on facilities is they need a coffee machine :) But dunkin is opening up across the street, which will solve that problem!

So far so GREAT
I was looking for a new 4runner and having issues getting exactly what I wanted. I saw the exact one I wanted on cars.com and contacted Glen Toyota to see if it was available. Harris answered all of my questions and I gave him a deposit over the phone. I went down the next business day and met with him and Junior. Both were great. They could not of been any nicer. My friend who lives in the area told me about them and how fair they were, and I was not disappointed what so ever. Can wait to get it, thanks again for all of your help
