After going to about 3 other dealerships, I decided to Audi of upper saddle river a try and I’m very happy I did. If you go here ask for Ava Park!! She is the most professional and caring sales person I’ve ever dealt with! She is very informed about the cars, cares for her customers and accommodated me with everything I wanted. I’m so happy I went here and will be returning when my lease ends!

Michael went above and beyond to be accommodating and get the best deal for you. He got my daughter a great deal on her favorite car and then did the same for me even thou I gave him a very hard time. He’s the best! Shout out to Adam thank you guys!

Michael was a pleasure to work with. I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Q5 and went home in a 2020 Q5. He was very easy going and did not pressure me into anything, just have me the right deal to get me in a new car. I highly recommend Jack Daniels Audi and especially Michael Condosta.

I turned in my q5 and released a new AUDI. I had the wear and tear protection on the Q5 and now the leasing company is telling me they have no record of this. I paid monthly within my lease. They also switched my leasing company on my new lease without telling me if I did I'd lose the 450 return fee, leaving me with a 2300 bill and no wear and tear protection. They took my car so fast the info was in the glove box and now they are passing it on to all different people. I have filed a complaint and I an working with the leasing company as well as the protection company but so far nothing but my 2300 bill. Very disappointed!

One of the best! Went in for a new lease and Michael was so welcoming and gave me every option possible to try and satisfy my needs. Charming guy with great sense of humor; made the whole dealership experience very enjoyable. I will be seeing him again for future leases and may also purchase a vehicle with him for my fiancé.
