AMAZING SERVICE!!

I initially went to Prestige BMW only to test drive newer models to get an idea of what I wanted for a potential future purchase and my husband and I met Rob DiDomenico who was patient with our requests (car price, payments, "must-haves) and showed us a few cars that would be an ideal fit. Rob answered all of my crazy questions and more of my hubby's useful inquiries. He and Jim were patient with my parents who would definitely have hesitations about my first luxury vehicle purchase but these guys were champs! I'm happy to have made my purchase with such a great team and look forward to being a long-time customer and coming back when mom purchases her new car soon!

Excellent dealership and fantastic customer service!

I have been a loyal fan of BMW and just recently purchased a new X3. This is my first experience with Prestige and I will definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. The one employee that I wanted to take the time to mention is Richard Ortiz from Finance. This gentleman should be highly commanded for his exceptional customer service. He is above and beyond my expectation! One of my least favorite part of purchasing a car is having to meet with a finance personnel. They give you a ton of information and expect you to understand everything in such short period of time and make decision. But Rich has completely changed my perception. He was young, friendly, energetic, professional, charismatic, caring, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He was nothing like the typical boring, uptight finance person that I expected (from previous car buying experience). He took his time to go over all of the info and products in details and explained the different options in easy-to-understand language. He was honest, transparent and extremely easy to work with and did his best to find the right products that are suitable for me. He gave me all the valuable info and advises and I was confident that I made all the correct decisions when I walked out of his office. Thank you Rich, it was such a pleasure meeting you!

Exceptional customer experience -

The customer experience you receive at Prestige BMW is excellent from the moment you enter. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and working with this team was great. Their attention to detail, knowledge of their product(s), and focus on the customer is exceptional. Tim Gallagher was my client advisor and working with him was great. He truly knows his product and provided both positive and negative aspects of the car I was buying. I would highly recommend working with Tim. The finance team of Rich Ortiz and Jim Casella was a pleasure to work with - they gave me a great finance rate and was very transparent with the overall process. I only wish all financial transactions were this pleasant. Dwayne Wong was great getting me introduced to the vehicle and showing me options I didn't even know existed - A great team and they truly value their customers. CPO 4 series Purchase

Hello Everyone. I purchased a CPO 4 series BMW from Pedro Andrade at Prestige BMW a few weeks ago and believe when I say this is not the place that you should purchase your vehicle from. I drove 2.5 hours to this dealer to purchase a car and was told after I test drove and negotiated a price on the vehicle that I would be unable to take it home because it needed some repairs after I was already at the location for 5 hours and ready to sign my paperwork by Pedro and a sales manager named Lamont. Even though the dealer knew I was coming to see the vehicle days in advance. In addition, upon receiving the vehicle after the repairs were done and it was supposedly detailed I have discovered numerous coffee/beverage stains, blemishes, and a malfunctioning driver seatbelt/ seatbelt tensioner. I reached out to the dealer and my salesman Pedro multiple times since purchasing the vehicle to see if they can repair my seat belt tensioner issue and have yet to hear anything back from them in nearly 2 weeks. I even tried to follow up with my salesman and all he did was turn on his "Iphone" read receipts to show me that he read the message and isn't going to do anything about it or respond. But wait theres more. I was told that this vehicle was not modified at all and underwent a rigorous inspection to deem the vehicle a certified preowned, however I have since discovered a tune was flashed on this vehicle and a JB4 tuning module in the past. I'd recommend going to a different BMW dealer thats knows their inventory and how to conduct business.

Wonderful dealership

By far the best BMW dealership in the tri state / New York Metropolitan Area. Excellent customer service; Prices unbeatable; and pre-owned inventory is in a league above all other dealerships within 200 miles. Mike Lebron went above and beyond in every way to help me purchase my dream car, I highly recommend him! After many months of searching for car and numerous trips to other dealerships in New York, I can honestly say that nothing came close to Prestige and how great it was dealing with Mike. He was super responsive and made the whole experience perfect. And extra shout out to genius support from Dwayne; as well as James from finance making the process quick, seamless and pleasant. I left my office in Manhattan in early evening, and was driving away from prestige in my new car just few hours later! Well worth the trip from Manhattan. I will definitely be returning to prestige for all future BMW purchases!

Great place, great cars and great sales rep in Frank S.

I have been a customer of Prestige for the past 7 years with my 2007 BWM and I decided to trade up this year. Frank Salzano made that an easy and pleasant process and I am now the proud owner of a brand new BMW X5. I looked at other dealers to see what they had to offer and Prestige definitely has hit the mark. I am looking forward to go back in 3 years and doing this again.
