I was there with my husband and as soon as he found out I was purchasing the car he dealt with me exclusively, asking what my needs were in a vehicle and options that I preferred and/or needed. We were paired with Frank Salzano upon entering Prestige BMW in Ramsey. He was both informative and easy-going. He "held our hands" from the moment we met him until we drove off with the car. He was attentive from beginning to end.

I inquired about a BMW 535xdrive and got a call and followup email from Meghan within 30mins. She was very courteous and quickly identified that the vehicle was available. She setup a VIP appointment for me for the next day to come and see the car. Even on the day I was going to go she confirmed that car is still available and had the car waiting outside all prepped up. Five stars to Meghan. When at the dealership I was met by Tommy; who promptly took me for a good test drive. He was very accomodating to my request to get the car inspected by a nearby local BMW auto shop. He drove the car himself to it and went back to pick it up also. Five stars to Tommy. I liked the car and the price was very good. We closed the deal in less than 5 mins. After that it was Tommy and Jimmy who closed all the paper work in less than 30mins. It was a late Friday evening and they went beyond the dealership closing time to make it work. Five stars to Jimmy for the quick work that he made of it. The last person who went up and beyond the excellent service I received was Dwayne. He is the BMW Genius who went over all the features of the car with me. Cannot fail to mention that Dwayne also went beyond the dealership closing time. Five stars to Dwayne. I have had an excellent experience with Prestige BMW so far. I would definitely go back to them for my future car buying. Thanks to all the above individuals.

Jorge did a great job of taking care of me on this transaction. I showed up 10 min before closing and he and Sean stayed a couple hours late to help me get the right car at a great price. Customer service from Jorge was great, as there were a few minor issues with the car that he was on top of fixing for me. Great asset to the Prestige team.
