Very informative and helpful

Must say Dwanye was very nice when he explained to me the features of the car. Offered his contact info to ask questions later if I had any. Knew his stuff and was very good at breaking down techical items that I could understand it quickly.

Excellent Pre and Post Sales

I purchased a CPO BMW at Prestige BMW. Starting with Marcus (Internet Sales) who put me in touch with Rob DiDomenico(Sales) to Jim (Finance) and Ann (service), the process was stress free and a pleasant experience. Dwayne (BMW genius) was very patient in walking through all features of the car. I emailed Prestige BMW with a request showing my interest in a CPO 5 series. Marcus was quick enough in responding, he informed via email that the car was not available, and sent me a list of available cars. I called the next day and asked Marcus to put me in touch with a sales person. This dealership is about 75 miles and at least 90 mins from where I live. Marcus put me in touch with Rob who assured me that if I came down to the dealership, my time was well spent. Their online car trade in calculator is pretty awesome. The pricing on the cars is the best nationwide. I had spent atleast couple of months looking prices nationwide for a CPO BMW. I put down a deposit on May 13th, didn't not test drive the car. Told ROb I will come back with my trade in and the check for the remainder at a later date. DCU had offered 2.24%. I declined to go with BMW finance because as other dealer close to where I live told me that the finance offer I had on hand was the best. This car was a surprise but for my wife and she had no idea about this. I go back on May 26th to pick my car. Jim from finance approached me and asked what if he gets me a 1.9% from BMW finance, would I be interested? I said why not? Jim did his magic, in less than 3 mins, I had 1.9% financing on the car which dropped my monthly payment significantly, I bring the car home, then after a couple of days notice a tear in the leather seat and the lock on the glove box didn't work. I call Rob and he asks me to drop by. I go there, the service guys did an excellent job of repairing the leather. It looked like a brand new piece of leather, but Rob told me that the lock may be covered by CPO and any dealer can fix it. I go to Princeton BMW after a couple of days, Princeton BMW tells me that the lock is broken and not covered by warrant. It costs me $900 to fix it. Now I am really pissed at Rob and Prestige. I call Rob, Rob asks me to drop by again. I am like - xxx? Why didn't u check the last time and now I have to spend half a day again. Mr. Rob told me in a very calm voice to come by. I drive up there to prestige and explain my frustration to Anna (service), in less than 10 minutes the lock was fixed. Apparently a small metal piece had got in the lock. All they had to do is remove the piece and lock was back in action. I told Rob and Anna that I don't mind driving up for service even it takes an hour and half to get there. The staff at Prestige are very honest and friendly. Last but not least the girls at the front desk welcome everyone with a warm smile.

GREAT Purchasing Experience!

I could not be happier with the experience I had at Prestige BMW. Everyone was courteous and professional. My Client Advisor Andrew Araque was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and followed up with me when I asked him to. Of course he wanted me to buy the car that day, but understood and respected me when I said that that was not happening -this was great b/c a pushy sales person makes me walk the other direction. I felt like he was honest and worked to get me the best deal possible. I would recommend, and actually already have recommended have Andrew to friends and family that would consider purchasing a BMW. James Porrazzo was the Finance Manger that I worked with. The process was smooth and seamless. I did not feel like I was pushed into buying anything I did not need, and walked out feeling like I got the best deal possible. Dwayne Wong was my BMW Genius. He did a great job explaining the key features of my vehicle, showed me the Genius App, and connected my phone and set up BMW Assist for me. This was by far the best buying experience that I have ever had and will certainly be back to purchase another vehicle when that times comes.

I just bought a certified pre-owned X1 35i from Tim and could not be happier with the buying experience. As a single lady buying herself a car, I went in with the idea that experience was going to be dreadful. Tim proved me wrong! From the very first phone call, he was helpful and responsive without being pushy. I was in the city for work and decided to buy the car and drive the 250+ miles home with the new car. Sure, that sounds a bit crazy, but Tim didn't skip a beat and quickly and expertly helped me navigate the out of state sale and structure the deal all between my packed meeting schedule. He just gets it. When I told him that I was planning to take an Uber from the city to come pick up the car he said "No! Take the train- the NJ path, it's better". Then proceeded to text me the directions for which line to take and where to transfer. And then, to my amazement, when I arrived at the station, he took the time to personally pick me up and drive me to the dealership. Above and beyond! Long story short, if you're in the market for a BMW and are within 250 miles- heck, *500* miles- go to Prestige and see Tim Gallagher. He's a good guy and he'll help sort you out.

I had a very positive experience.

The Best Buying Experience Ever!!

I went to Prestige Bmw in Ramsey to see if they had any memorial day sales going on and also to see if they can do anything with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee as trade-in value. I was greated as soon as I walked in, dealt with a gentleman Tim Gallagher. He was very professional and courteous to my needs as far as finding the right car for me. As I wanted for him to work his magic on some numbers, the Bmw had an amazing little cafeteria in the back which was free. Never seen a dealership like that before. Anyways back to my experience with tim. He was able to work out the number that would fit my budget and passed me over to an finance gentlemen by the name of James Porrazzo. Not only did he get me the best rate compared to my credit union who I've always taken my loans out when it came to financing my vehicle, he was also able to get me out of there before they closed. Due to me showing up to the dealership at an unreasonable time. So James if you see this sorry about that. Also have to give thanks to Kristen Perwas for taking her time to show me how to use all the cool buttons in the car. But overall I had a great and amazing experience buy my first BMW. I have to give thanks to everyone there who made me feel welcomed and making my transition to a new vehicle as smooth as possible. Thanks Tim for the follow up calls/text to make sure I'm loving the car and if I had any questions.

My best overall auto leasing experience in 30+ years!

From the initial conversation with Lori Asserson to the day (yesterday!) i picked up my new BMW 740xi, there was not a moment short of excellence, in explanations, attentiveness and understanding. She is the consummate professional and a true expert salesperson. And as for geniuses, Dwayne Wong is at the top of his game. He took the time to go through everything i needed to know in my new spaceship of a car. He was patient and thorough. 10 stars! And lastly, aside from the mere fact that James Porrazzo had to take my credit card for my downpayment, he was not only super efficient, but a great guy to talk to about the car and life, turns out we lived in the same town for years but in different decades. He was an expert in his area of auto finance. I love my new BMW and thanks to Prestige, the entire experience was simply a charm.
