Our experience with this delearship was a pleasent and professional from the moment we walked in from the receptionist (Jacqualine Mirandi) to our sales representative (Richard Efrus). We went to look at new vehicles, Richard came to us and asked our needs in a vehicle. He showed us two SUVs and we ended up with one that really fits our needs. It was another great experience at Prestige Lexus. No complaints towards the crew. Just the suggestion for the Lexus engineers. You definitely heed to work on a better rust resistant coatings for the exposed/ external parts.
