Easiest experience ever

Great Experience!... always is
Sales dept was okay. Typical car buying experience with the back and forth. I did end up buying a car and I have been happy with it. This review is if you're coming here for service. I purchased my previous car from Park Ave (BMW) and my experience there was horrible (from sales and service but that is for another time). I am blown away by the attention to detail and personable experience I have had here. If you're getting service later on in the day and need a loaner? No problem. Ask for Jorge. He goes above and beyond to make sure your concerns are taken care of. I recently found a hole under my floor mats that could be seen straight through into the car.. my car was three months old.. certified per owned. Jorge took pictures and contacted the corporate office and had it completely replaced. I cannot thank Jorge enough and will only see Jorge. Thank you!
