I am writing to express my satisfaction with my recent lease of an Acura ZDX from your dealership. The experience was truly enjoyable, and I appreciate the professionalism and patience displayed by the staff. In particular, Jean, the sales manager, and David, my salesman, were exceptional. I was impressed by the dealership’s knowledge and expertise. They provided me with comprehensive information and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I feel a strong sense of trust and loyalty towards your dealership and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you again for making a smooth and easy transaction. But best of all a great deal.

I cannot say enough great things about Jose Diaz at Open Road Acura in Wayne, NJ. This is now the second car I’ve purchased from Jose, and both experiences have been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment you step into the showroom, Jose makes you feel like a priority. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and he truly listens to what you’re looking for—he is not just trying to make a sale. He takes the time to walk you through every detail, answers every question with patience and confidence while respecting you time. Needless to say he works tirelessly to make sure you leave with a deal you feel great about. What really sets Jose apart is his consistency. It’s rare to find a salesperson who remembers you years later, treats you like family, and maintains such a high level of integrity and care. That’s why I came back— why I’ll continue to come back. Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware! Bought a car online had it shipped to another state. Ended up having to spend $5000 to get it fixed. The dealer would not consider helping in any way with several bogus reasons. Look elsewhere.

When it came to sale their cars they are very good but be

When it came to sale their cars they are very good but be aware of their service department. They so overpriced battery change $350, oil change $100, they told me break fluid needed to be changed, also the cabin filter, my car is Acura TLX 2020 and has 23,000 miles. I only needed Battery and oil changed . I ended up paying close to $1000. Nice part was that they picked me up so I can go pay and pick up my car. I will never go to service my car there ever again. Horrible customer service!

I love my shiny new MDX! Thanks DAVE!

We have been with Acura of Wayne for many years. No regrets! Dave Scattereggia is honest and professional and has always given us such fantastic deals that I feel like family! All the staff are warm and courteous and, Iike Dave, are Top Class!

probably the worst people on face of this earth

i purchased a used car at this dealership and it was a nightmare. throughout the sales process, the salesman tried ever so hard to be a nice person getting me to divulge information to help try and squeeze as much money from him from this sale. i had to call out his backstabbing and he finally understood i was not going to fall for any of his stupid tricks. and the most insulting part was his stupidity in trying use these lame sales tactics on me when i could clearly see through him was an insult to my intelligence because it told me he didn't respect me as a person. this is advice for all of those who are displeased with the sales process at these dealerships. please, please, please remember to give horrible grades on the post purchase to the salesperson. it's the only way the awful dealership people will learn their lesson and it's the customer's way of gaining leverage in the situation to really hurt the salesperson (in the bank account) like they try to do to the customer.

Most Dishonest Salespeople

We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this place. Olivia in sales spoke to us on the phone and told us she had not one, not two but five vehicles in stock that we were interested in. We explained to her that we were very short of time since we were down 1 car and would appreciate if she can be upfront and honest about the numbers she quoted us and about the process. She told us to come to the dealership and assured us everything will be exactly what we discussed. We hired a sitter for the kids, drove 30 miles only to be handed over to a brand new salesperson Umberto who gave us a completely new estimates. When we told him about our discussion with Olivia he sounded shocked and told us he will get her, instead he got Olivia's manager. This new person told us that all 5 cars that were available a few hours ago are all sold *laughing outloud" and that the only one they had came with an upcharge! All I can say is their dishonesty shocked us the most, 12 years of us buying/leasing cars and we never had such a disappointing experience. Never again we will deal with this place.

Do NOT trust this dealer!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle on Feb 15, 2020. My purchase contract charged me $125 to transfer my plates. I was told that this was an estimate and that I would be reimbursed for the overcharge when the state charged the correct amount. Three people at the dealership all told me the same thing. The contract clearly stated that I would be reimbursed for the overcharge. The actual charge from the state was $4.50 not $125!!! I contacted several people at the dealership and they have refused to reimburse me for the overcharge. I am asking the state to investigate this dealer to find out why they are violating their own contract and stealing money from their customers. It is clear that the dealership does this to all of their customers on a regular basis. This is not a mistake, it is their normal despicable policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER...DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Humberto Cruz is a good man... made the buying process easy . Never pushed me into a car. Made the buying process easy! Gave me a great service plan and awesome service
