Vince Russotto, who sold us our 2012 Certified Pre-Owned 2012 TL, helped us make sure that our purchase was worthwhile. Vince helped me to contact the Service department when I had to bring the car back for minor repairs. He ensured me of the dealership's goal to satisfy all customers, and lived up to his word.

Vince Russotto was a pleasure to work with. Honest and straightforward. Not the common image of a car salesman. He was so helpful that I went back to him a few months after purchasing a 2015 RDX and bought a used 2007 Honda Civic from him for my son. I had dreaded shopping around for a used car, so I contacted Vince, and he said he had that car on the lot. I got an excellent deal on a great car.

The service team over there at Open Road Acura of Wayne is great. Craig is service knows what he is talking about and his techs are great. I do wish they have the snacks back but I'll overlook that for quality service any day!
