This is my third car leased by Open Acura of Wayne and I have to say all three salesman were good, but Joshua Bradley was the best. His disposition was calm and collective, a true gentleman in every aspect of the word. If we asked him a question, he knew the answer and if he didn't, he found out. I have to say, Joshua made my car leasing experience a very pleasant one. Thank you Acura for bring Josh into your car dealership, he is an asset.

Carl & Josh are very professional, patient and give the same care & concern to an used car buyer just as they would to a new car buyer. Josh waited outside the airport after working hours on a Saturday can explain it all.

All the cars that I have purchased since 1993 have been Acuras (4 all new, when purchased). I love the cars. Salesman Lance Becyar of Wayne, is one of the best salesmen that I have ever dealt with. Before he took me on the test drive, in the new TlX; he went over the car thoroughly. He even informed me of features that were in my 2010 TL,that I did not know that I had. I do not like fast talking salesmen. I do not the feeling when I know a Salesman is lying to me or trying to con me. I try to do my homework before I go to the dealers. I will never buy a car without getting a deal. Salesman Lance appears to be very honest. The TLX are still coming in, but ; I will be purchasing this car when the deal is right.

Fred Hill was very friendly and helpful. He made my experience very comfortable. I am ususally hesitant about shopping for vehicles alones since salesman oftentimes come across very pushy but on the contrary, Fred Hill was very patient with all of my concerns. The people here are hard nosed and dishonest. I would not recommend dealing with them. The general manager is mean spirited.
