Megan and the team were able to answer my questions and tried to get me the truck with options which i wanted without pushing or leading like others try to do in order to make extra $. I have had service on my jeep since I purchased it in 2016. Each time I go they “talk me into” so many mile check up in addition to oil change. I always do as recommended but it costs hundreds of dollars. Each time my wait in at least two hours. Once it was FOUR HOURS! And if I didn’t say something I would have sat there longer. This time I just wanted an oil change and to check a tire. I declined other service. Not only was I half hour earlier than my appointment but was told it would be 90 minutes tops. Two hours later still waiting. Car was not ready for almost another hour. I had to make a fuss with the service manager. Will not take it there again

Professional, friendly and didn’t have to wait too long. Went in to look and left buying a car. Ralph explained everything in detail and made the experience painless!

Michael was really helpful and nice. Explained to me everything. Understood what was wrong with the car. The vehicle was fixed in a short time.

This is by far the best Dodge in the area. It’s not the selection and location that make it so great; it’s the people. Easy to work with and transparent, the experience is smooth every time.

Had to get my daughter’s jeep in before she left for college and the service team was very accommodating and got us in despite not enough advance notice from me. Thanks guys!
