Great Dealership
Went to Rt. 4 with no intention of purchasing a vehicle one evening. i was 40 miles from home and It was my 4th dealership that day. I simply just wanted to see what a specific vehicle looked like in person. The place was crowded which to me is a sign of a good dealership and was greeted by salesman Thomas Hogue who showed me the vehicle I had no intention on buying. He was informative , knowledgeable and quite pleasant being that I told him I didn’t want to buy. As I was about to leave I got the “I want you to speak to my sales manager”. I met Lamonte Mejia who wasn’t the usual swarmy sales guy who looks right through you as he is thinking of how to screw you. He asked me the usual ”what it would take to get me to purchase today?”. I told them I wasn’t interested but gave them a number within reason that i couldn’t pass up thinking they would just give up. Next thing I know I just leased a new Dodge Durango RT. Throughout the process I was waiting for the loophole that added onto the price we agreed upon but it never happened. It’s very rare to find a such an honest dealer.

Horrible! They make you spend more than half of the day there. Since 12 hours is not enough time for them to figure out what they’re doing, they contacted me several times weeks later to provide paperwork, change my insurance coverage (they know what it should be so say something the day of). There’s clearly a lack of communication between their own departments. I was asked for a credit card just “to hold” my offer while I thought about the deal yet 2 weeks later they charged a $500 unauthorized charge on it. THIEVES!! When I noticed the charge I first reached out to them, was left on hold for 20 minutes. I reached out to my sales consultant and was told “I have no idea. It’s so busy right now I have 3 different customers gotta give me a few“, never heard back from her. Called again the next day, their answer this time was “why don’t you just put a dispute with you credit card company.” Then they asked me for my full credit card details again, to steal some more? Again, THIEVES! For the amount of money spent on vehicles dealerships should provide at least a decent customer experience. I’ve only had my Jeep for a month and am counting down the days until this lease is over.

Ralph is the MAN
I bought my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership and since the first Oil change I’ve been dealing with Ralph. He is a stand up guy in my eyes ,if I was going in for a oil change or a recall he would explain things in detail. Ralph is an asset to Paramus Dodge! Thanks for all your help Buddy.

Amazing Experience
I really liked how friendly the employees were the day I came in to just browse. I ended up leaving with the car model and color I wanted for an affordable price. The customer service was excellent.

Great Service
Being from out of state, my car was fixed the same day it was towed to this dealer. I appreciated the quick response in having my car taken care of immediately. I was called promptly when the car was back in service late that afternoon. The next day, Ralph called me earning morning to say car was ready. I feel that they went out of their way to repair my car because of my out of state situation.
