Quick service and thorough diagnostic of issue
Paramus Jeep did an excellent job quickly fitting my Jeep in and having the issue diagnosed and fixed within the business day. Explained exactly what was going on and gave me several options to problem solve. I will be continuing my service here through out my lease period! Angie in service was great and very responsive. She was very transparent and even arranged for a shuttle service for me. Cheers!

Lovin' my Jeep!!
Last night I had the pleasure of working with Rich Jest. I walked in knowing which model Grand Cherokee I wanted and they made it happen within my budget!! I still had a few payments left on my old lease but my miles were done. They explained all the different routes I could take to pull out of that lease and into my new lease. Rich Jest went above and beyond with the help of his sales manager Warren Talmo, as well as Augie in Finance. I love my new Grand Cherokee Overland!! If you want a good deal on a new car go so these guys over at Route 4!! Ask for Rich!!

Please don't waste your time!!!
Please DO NOT buy from Sal or Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus....Was called into the showroom by Sal personally telling me a deal would be made, but was really called into the showroom because their marketing company was there and they needed to show customers in the showroom. Credit opened multiple times.....KNOWING NO DEAL WAS GOING TO HAPPEN!!!

NIGHTMARE!!!!
My experience at Jeep Parumus was great my sales person Rafael was great everything was great up until i left the dealer with my new car which i purchased in May 2017 it is now September and i have a suspended license and registration because they sent the incorrect VIN number to DMV i have been dealing with this issue for over 3 months every day they are "fixing" the issue and never do the customer service is terrible i had one of the managers Mark hang up the phone on me several times when I expressed my frustration the receptionist is also very rude and also hung up the phone on me several times these people only care about you when you are there spending your money after that they treat you terrible.. how does a professional mess up a VIN number. They always say they will return your call and NEVER do!!! i work customer service and this is just unacceptable you cannot tell a client you will follow up and never do i have literally had to call everyday for the past week they place me on hold for extended periods of time!!!! STAY AWAY from this place should have went to JEEP in NYC oh and another one Service manager Heather TERRIBLE promised me a call back several times i am still holding my breath still states she is taking care of it when this is an issue that can be electronically sent and it should not take 3 months!!! Im currently on hold for 17 mins this is unacceptable

Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY

Making an appointment was very easy and quick. Dealer fixed the issues and had the car ready the same day. The entire experience from dropping the car off and picking it up was pleasant.
