Big fraud dealership in USA history, beware of this cheater, when I was go there for my steering wheel which was very stiff, they change other lot of things and bill me of $3000, when I go to pick up my Jeep and take test drive then I find that the steering is still same, I leave my vehicle there and then they call me that you’re steering box is damaged and I will have to pay $2900 more, I will have to file the lawsuit against this dealer, I advised to everyone not to go there

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I serviced my car here over a month ago and felt that my state of worry (my car stalled in the middle of a busy intersection and wouldn’t move or restart) was taken advantage of, and I was persuaded to pay for very expensive services that were unnecessary. I was also quoted full price for new tires while there was a corporate deal on tires that all Jeep dealers were participating in. I was not made aware of this and only found out by calling another dealership I go to for another opinion. I was assured by james that my car would not stall again and the issue had been resolved. 2 weeks later, my car stalled yet again. I have left multiple messages over the last month for my service advisor James, as well as the manager Alex. Neither have called me back. I have not had a single good experience at this dealership in the last 5 years of using their services and the only reason I have used them is location convenience. I do not recommend them to anyone as they do not take care of their customers and I would much rather drive to East Brunswick to a dealership that actually cares.
