The Car of my Dreams
Ken was the gentleman who helped me. I wasn't set on buying a car when I first arrived at the dealership, but with Ken's help I was able to drive off the lot the same day with the car of my dreams. Ken has consistently checked up on me and made my first car buying experience a great one! Would definitely recommend.

Terrible
Leased a car a month ago. Car arrived for pick up 3.5 hours late, with a dent. Mileage was incorrect on the paper work. Trade in amount was also incorrect on the paperwork. I was told 'don't worry about it', and 'it's too late to fix it tonight, they will fix it tomorrow'. A month later, trade in check amount was incorrect, mileage hasn't been adjusted and the car still has a dent. On the recommendation of the salesgirl, the dent was to be fixed when the plates arrived. For the past 3 weeks, I've been callig/emailing almost daily to try and have this fixed. I have only actually gotten a person on the phone 2 times. They are not accommodating. It's as if I dented the car and they are doing me a favor. I've never dealt with anyone, in any dealership that just does not care, the second the sale is over. I will never bring my car their for service and when this lease is up, I will not lease from them again. I have told everyone I know, to stay away. There are plenty of other jeep dealerships.

Awesome
Ken Van Sweden was super helpful and such a great guy! He worked very hard to work with our budget and make sure we left with what we were comfortable paying! He was also GREAT with our girls (5 years old &21 months) they loved him! He was patient and so sweet to them! At times the preferred him over my husband and I. We totally recommend going to see Ken!!!

Terrible
Leased a jeep a little over a month ago. Jeep arrived 3.5 hours late, with a dent, and mileage on paperwork did not match. Was told that the dent would be repaired when I came back for the plates and the paperwork wound be adjusted. Niether has happened. I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get these things, as well as money owed to me, taken care of. I have tried numerous times with the sales girl via calls/texts/emails. I have tried speaking to her manager via calls and emails. I am getting no where. When I finally can get one of them on the phone, they say they will call me back. And nothing. Very frustrated and once this is taken care of, I will never step foot back in that dealership. Ridiculous.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited
Looking for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I always have anxiety going to the Car Dealer. It's that classic "will I be taken for a ride". Well I have to say, I was blown away by my experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Paramus. First of all I walked in with a bit of attitude, just to show them I wasn't here to play around...Well that changed quickly after dealing with my Sales Rep Osiris Polanco. He put me at ease, and kept me calm. He wrote down my info, what I wanted to spend etc., he showed me the car I was looking for from the inventory on the lot, and it was literally 20-30 mins of back and forth with his manager. DONE! We made a deal!!! I was waiting for the other show to drop, but it didnt. I think customers service is the key point here. It makes a huge difference, from the professionalism of Osiris, whom BTW helped me unpack my old car (in the rain), to the finance guy Mike making sure everything was ready for me to sign. I will be back soon to trade in my wrangler 2 door for a 4 door, and I am really looking forward to it. Thanks again Osiris, Mike and team 4 Jeep paramus. Kieran

Good experience
Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, skillful. Large inventory, Great variety, Spacious accommodations, nice friendly staff. It's a very annoying survey, very long and too demanding, very controlling.

I have an oil leak I schedule an appointment on Saturday after I get there they tell me they can't take a look at it because it's on a Saturday and they're too busy with other things like oil changes I asked them if they could just take a look at it make sure it's nothing major or if they had to order parts said they could not do that at this time I'd have to come back nothing but problems with this dealership
