Great Experience!!

Can't begin to explain how great the experience was for my father and I. After being rudely turned away at CDJ Teterboro, a good friend recommended Paramus. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly face and was with a sales rep in seconds. I explained my harsh experience at Teterboro and right away the sales and lease manager came over and expressed their apologies and said that they would make sure my experience was better with Paramus and it was!! Not only did they help me get out of a terrible lease and into a great one but they helped my father (a retired police officer and Vietnam Vet) lease his very first new car!! The entire time they had the utmost respect and courtesy for my father and I. They will certainly have my loyalty and be highly recommended by me. Thank you to my sales rep Lawrence, the leasing manager Kiki, the sales manager Jose and the fiance manager Mike!! You were all excellent and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future!!!

They have no idea about customer service

A simple oil change with appointment takes at least 3 hours. They promise to have shuttle but the guy is never available so it is useless. They only nice for selling... that is the end!!!

Super easy to lease and got the lease right on the spot. Used Ken VanSweeden at the dealership he was super helpful.

IF U LIVE IN NY, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

THEY'LL SELL YOU THE CAR THEN UR ON UR OWN..... ITS BEEN 33 DAYS SINCE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY NY REGISTRATION. FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS I'VE BEEN DRIVING WITH AN EXPIRED TEMPORARY PLATE. THEY WONT ANSWER MY CALLS OR TEXTS.....AND BEING THAT IT IS FRIDAY......I WILL BE DRIVING WITH AN EXPIRED PLATE OVER THE WEEKEND. I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THUS FAR. NYKERS BEWARE....THEY DON'T CARE......LIVE IN NY....BUY IN NY......I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON.

Excellent Staff

My experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep was wonderful. Frank Minervini was the most helpful associate I have ever dealt with in terms of vehicle ownership. He was not pushy, did not focus on just the sales aspect and try to get me into a vehicle asap. He took his time, pointed my family and I in the right direction to a new Dodge Durango and earned the right for the sale. The wife can take the kids to soccer practice during the day and I can still feel young again at night. I will definitely be back.

Sales

I wanted to get rid of my Scion tC 2011 and I knew I wanted a Jeep. I had no idea that I would actually leave the dealership with one. When I first walked in the only person who approached me was Edwin Sarita. He asked what I wanted and I got exactly that. I walked away with 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This was a gift from my grandfather and other places denied us. I started to give up on trading in my vehicle but Edwin made it happen. He was very understanding and upfront with what I can get. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I will be sure to recommend friends and family to him. I just hope other people who work there is just like him.
