Awesome experience buying a jeep
Michael Higgins was my salesperson at the dealership. He was extermely helpful with a sense of humor: he made the whole process easy and worked around my schedule and needs. Not only he was very informative during the process but also keeps in contact after the purchase. I would defenitly recommend Michael and the whole team at the dealership. Don't lease a car here.
Horrible experience! Stay far away! You may think you are getting a good deal , but you will pay big time in the end! They charged us for wear and tear they said was "damage". Two separate auto body places looked at it and said "You have got to be kidding!" Everyone we spoke to at the dealership and Chrysler Capital claimed that they had nothing to do with the matter. They were cold and rude. Everyone, including Kiki Konner, was only interested in selling or leasing us another vehicle. (We were not interested. They had no clue of the connection between customer service and return business. ) The car we were turning in had only 22,000 miles, but that made no difference. We would not deal with any of these people again, and will warn as many people as we can to stay away from this dealer!
