On a rainy Saturday at the end of January, Alex Bernabe went above and beyond to help us get the right lease for the right vehicle. He worked hard to find us the CR-V within our budget, took us for a test drive in the pouring rain (a real test of how a vehicle will handle), and took us through the process step-by-step so that at the end of a long afternoon, we drove off in our new vehicle as painlessly as possible.
