DCH Paramus Honda

Very happy overall with the great service provided by super sales consultant Alex Bernabe. He was professional, engaging and he follow thru on his word. We (my mother and I are DCH costumers for over 20 yrs,) will be back for for our new Honda's in the near future.

I was very impressed with the salesman I dealt with at Paramus Honda, his name was Ramon Fana. I was happy with the price I paid for my GMC pickup truck, well below the book value. I drove 3 hours in the pouring rain to pick this truck up. They were nice enough to have this truck fully detailed prior to me picking it up and pull it into a dry area for me to inspect. When my license plates arrived, Ramon was nice enough to express ship them to my house! I was looking for a vehicle for several months, this dealership stood out! They are very honest, very fair, and their new facility is amazing! I live in the Atlantic City area, it's truly a shame that I have to travel that far to find such a good deal and great customer service, but it sure was worth it! Anyone that is thinking of buying a Honda, or a certified pre-owned vehicle, should consider checking out this dealership! Ask for Ramon, he's a super great guy!

This dealership is very attentive to your wants and needs. Manny helped me a lot in my search for my car. He made everything as easy as possible for me and listened to everything I told him. He makes you enjoy the time that you spend being there. Extremely funny and very down to earth. When you go for your car go to Manny! Tarik helped me with understanding my car when I got it he’s a great help as well!

I met Alex as I entered the dealership. I was impressed with his casual demeanor. He was never at a loss for words. I guess I would say he has “the gift of gab” in a good way. Never an awkward moment while we chatted about the vehicles Honda offers. I should mention that we were together for about four or five hours! With excellent communication skills, Alex was able to explain all the aspects of the car and the purchasing process. The finance person, Carlos, was very pleasant to work with as well.
