DCH Paramus Honda

We came into DCH Paramus Honda for an appraisal of our 2013 Jeep. We met with Ramon Fana and immediately had a connection. We explained what we were looking for and mentioned that we were in no rush or urgency. Ramon took us for a test drive. He made us feel comfortable and a no time pushed or tried to hard sell us on anything. Ramon brought us the appraisal value and trade in value for a new 2019 Honda CRV. The trade in value was lower than we had expected. Ramon then listened to what our expectations were and what we had budgeted for. He went back to talk with his management and came back to us with an amount that was very agreeable to us. We closed that day and I firmly believe that is was Ramon that helped close our deal. We remain loyal customers. And will seek out Ramon when we trade in our older Honda minivan. Last to mention John Medrano in Finance who put us at ease, especially around the money. Another team member who makes you feel like family and again, no pressure.

My 2006 Honda Civic was no longer drivable, so it was in the market for a new car. I actually wanted to lease a used car, but I discovered that so few dealerships do that, After some research, I decided to check out DCH Honda in Paramus. As soon as you go onto their website, an agent pops up to chat. I told her I was looking to lease a used car and she told me they don't do that, but she would check with her team who would follow up. I looked into some advertised leasing specials on their site, as well as Swapalease and Leasetrader to compare my options for leasing. Over the next few days, I received three emails from internet sales people following up and encouraging me to come in to see what they had to offer. Then I got a phone call from one of the internet sales people, even though I had said during the chat that I wanted a text first before getting a phone call. I did end up going in on a Saturday morning to talk to someone about leasing. I was given over to Maria Alcantara. Maria was very pleasant and easy to work with, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, asking others when she didn't know the answer herself. She wasn't pushy at all. I eventually settled on a new car lease. During the five hours that I was there, from Maria to the finance department to the young man who showed me how to operate my new car, everyone was very professional, patient and not pushy at all. Although there was very little room for negotiation on anything, I felt they were honest and straightforward. I could have done without the pop-up chat bubble every time you go on to the website, and the numerous emails and phone calls. I still would recommend them for their excellent in house customer service end vast inventory.
