Staff and sales person are friendly until i asked for price match. He is sarcastic and try to give us hard time and once we started negotiate.

Got an online quote made an appointment and met with Katana Coleman who answered all questions before and after a test drive and with out any pressure.

My first time to a dealership left me with a bad taste, feeling stressed and frustrated, and overall suspicious of all dealerships and sales people. I won’t say I don’t still naturally get suspicious, but my experience with DCH Paramus was the very opposite of those feelings I left with from my first experience at a car dealership. Everyone at DCH Paramus was very polite. Paul and Kamal were very helpful, patient, thorough, and swift of the process and helping me get a deal I was comfortable with. Mix, who showed me all the features of the car, was also very patient and thorough. Even when I felt I needed to do things quickly, they kindly reassured me and did not rush me, which meant gold to me. Ultimately, I am glad I was able to find a deal without sacrificing quality. I would definitely recommend DCH Paramus and Paul/Kamal if anyone is looking to lease/buy a car!
