My review was recently deleted as they felt it wasn’t an “accurate depiction of my experience” which is anything but correct. This salesperson Hamad Deeb was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He went on to become extremely argumentative over any questions asked and caused a major scene in the dealership. I have never been yelled at in public the way this so called salesperson yelled at me. He was incredibly upset that I didn’t know exactly what car I already wanted as a first time buyer. I had a horrible experience that left my daughter in tears. Went over to Honda in Tenafly and had an amazing experience and left with a brand new Honda CRV on the same day! Highly recommend Honda of Tenafly.

We have been to DHC Paramus Honda three times over the years to purchase a new vehicles we always get a great price at this dealership. This time we had the pleasure of having Hamad Deeb as are salesman he was great and had a good personality. He helped working with us with getting a good price that we were comfortable with and very knowledgeable with all the features with the crv hybrid touring came with and made sure we knew how to use them. Usually buying a new vehicle is stressful but it was a pleasure dealing with him and the dealership.

DCH Paramus Honda Unscrupulous Rip Off Artist AVOID AT ALL COST After a lengthy test drive and expressing readiness to purchase an SUV, we encountered several issues with the dealership: Pricing Discrepancy: The initial price quoted was $2,500 above the sticker price. When we pointed this out, they claimed it was a mistake. Negotiation Attempts: We asked for a price reduction and additional incentives. Their offer was limited to two oil changes, which we found inadequate. Trade-In Valuation: The dealership's initial offer was only 20% of our car's actual worth. We presented a higher purchase offer from CarMax for comparison. The dealership slightly increased their offer but remained significantly below CarMax's valuation. Manager Intervention: A Unscrupulous Rip Off Artist Manager joined the negotiation, presenting an even lower trade-in offer that was already offered. He incorrectly stated they had met all our requests. When we disagreed, he imposed a 24-hour limit on the trade-in offer. Documentation Refusal: The manager withheld the paperwork containing our offer details. He refused to let us keep the information despite the potential $50,000 purchase. Unprofessional Conduct: The ignorant full of himself manager stated they didn't need our business. In response to this behavior, we decided not to proceed with the purchase. This experience highlights questionable sales tactics, poor customer service, and a lack of transparency in the dealership's practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH DCH Paramus Honda

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership, they

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership, they said how great they are and how well they treat customers, yet they scratched the whole side of my vehicle, never disclosed it, and when they tried making things "right" after they knew about the damaged THEY did, they treated me terribly. Stating there would be a check in the mail with tracking and it would be at my house in my hands within 72 hours. Come to find out they did not even send it and I have to fight with them over the "answer" to the problem! Which won't even cover half of the repairs!!! Do NOT do business with this place. They rush you in and out and brag about selling 700 cars a month, they should worry more about presentation and how the treat the customers more than the money in their pockets!!

I cannot say enough about Hamad who went above and beyond for me. He was extremely knowledgeable, is full of integrity and honest. He was able to jump through some hoops for me and I am very grateful for his efforts. He made sure I received the best deal possible and I walked out with my new 2025 Civic Hybrid.
