I leased Prologue to my wife 3 months ago.

I leased Prologue to my wife 3 months ago. Mark Habeb helped me greatly that day and today I leased Crv for me with Mark Habeb again. I especially selected him because he helped me too much. His knowledge of the cars is great, he informed me with every specific details of the cars. I really thank to him for his helpfullness.

This was a no hassle, all positive car purchase. I have never had a better experience. In fact, I loath going to the dealer to buy vehicles. I would 100% recommend buying a car at DCH Paramus Honda and hope you're lucky enough to work with Hamad Deeb. [Your Name] Honda of Paramus 120 NJ-4 Paramus, NJ 07652 Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Employee Conduct I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with an unfortunate experience I had at Honda of Paramus during my recent visit. This incident involved one of your employees, Federico, whose behavior was both disrespectful and unprofessional. On 12-12-24, Federico’s actions toward me were unacceptable and highly inappropriate. Specifically, he diminished me in front of other customers, which was both embarrassing and degrading. Also said you will be waiting here and I won’t attend to you so stay here all day if you want. He made dismissive remarks about my inquiries and spoke to me in a condescending tone, leaving me feeling humiliated.” Moreover, his overall demeanor was disrespectful on multiple levels, which goes against the core values of customer service and professionalism I expected from a reputable dealership like Honda of Paramus.
