The experience at the dealership was quick and effortless. CJ and Alex provided us with a variety of choices to look at and spent a great deal of time explaining the functionality of each car. This was the first time my husband and I leased a car and they were so knowledgable and patient, providing us with information every step of the way. Once we chose our lease, another employee also spent a great deal of time showing the functionality of the car which was very helpful. I will definitely be going back here again.

Alex, was a great salesman, he took his time to break the down the payments between leasing and financing. Originally came in looking to buy, but found out that leasing a car was better for us. Alex made the leasing process quick and simple, and was not too pushy like some car salesman we encountered in the past. He made sure we were comfortable and well informed. Highly reccomend him.

This is my second lease with DCH Paramus honda and the process was very good. Place is very friendly, professional and Danny was very helpful and knowledgeable. Make sure to go with at least 2 options in mind, do 1-2 test drive, plan your budget, see offers, fight prices and then be patient with the lease process. I’m very satisfied but I hope Honda Civic gets better technology such as phone app control, psi monitor, cause other car makers are already including it even in low-mid trim.

Deceptive sales practices by management to get you to come in. A sales manager gave me a quote over the phone. He said it was only good for the day. I rushed there after work to do the deal. After keeping me there for 90 min, the quote came in $65/month higher than what he quoted me over the phone. I'm reporting this dealership to the corporate office. What a waste of time!!
