Second time seeking to obtain service of my vehicle which I purchased at this dealership. The first was two years ago when I scheduled break-pad and rotor replacement. This appointment was made almost two weeks in advance, upon my arrival, on time, I was told that I would have a 6 hour wait. On Tuesday, September 10, 2019, I sought to make an appointment for a series of serious issues....as my vehicle is under 6 years of age and had under 73k miles I was forwarded to a scheduler.......this woman told me to “Be Quiet” twice and continued interrupting me as I was seeking to explain, saying “Oh my God”. I told her I would go elsewhere and hung up. Ad insult to injury, she calls me back and leaves a detailed message saying that I no longer have an appointment for the next morning and that the earliest appointment available is the 20th of September. I will never purchase a Honda from them again......they are quick to take your $$$$.....but you can not rely on them for any level of vehicle service. Lastly, I not only saved her message to me...I also have my initial call recorded.

Nice communication and learn experienced from Paul,giving me much knowledge including the leasing and good service,Paul doing good on explaining every single thing that I wanted to k now.including enough time time to think about leasing or buying.

I just purchased a certified Honda CRV EXL today and the service and sales person was beyond my expectations. The dealership was very busy which will tell you there a good dealer. I’ve been looking for a car for about a month. They were able to give me the deal I was looking for. Not pushy but very respectful. And oh, by the way I love my car!! Thanks Abel!

So far my experience with the dealership in general and my sales rep Harold has been very professional and very personable as was Alberto in Finance. I purchased a 1 year old Accord Sport that I'm picking up in a couple of days when I get back in town. I have purchased many vehicles from working with everything from dealerships, private owners, Manheim, and wholesale buyers. I feel that I understand the car business and there were no tricks or gimmicks at Paramus Honda, it was a very good experience and they are very concerned with maintaining their great reputation and it shows.
