My wife & I have been dealing with DCH Paramus Honda for almost 20 years and will go nowhere else. We were lucky to to meet Kadir Karagoz our salesman on our first visit, and have dealt with him ever since. He efficient, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And we TRUST him and the dealership completely. Truly no-hassle, and they bring joy to buying a car as it should be! On 8/23/19 we needed to buy a replacement car very quickly due to unusual circumstances. From a 10:30am handshake, to driving off the lot at 3:00pm with a brand new vehicle ... it was painless and fun!. Kadir is a gem of a salesman, and an exceptional human being who sets the bar as high as it can go. Kadir, we can't thank you enough for your caring soul and compassionate nature. Car Dealerships in general don't enjoy a favorable reputation for many well-known reasons. They truly operate as a seamlessly integrated Team during our past 20 years with them, but on this particular occasion they went above and beyond in all respects to make our "emergency" purchase as painless, efficient, and cost-effective as humanly possible. I have had mixed experiences with this dealership. Today I purchased my second car from them. Harold was my sales associate and couldn’t have been better. He was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and perfect. I’d also like to specifically mention Georgia at the front desk. She was attentive and remembered me, my name, and the car I was interested in. Phenomenal. My issues arise with picking up the car. The car was dirty with spots all over, glue, and greasy. When I pointed it out, I was given excuses and had to fight to get them to clean it. (I compared it to the other cars nearby waiting for pickup and how pristine they were. They took it back to clean it. It came back even worse and I had to get them to clean it a second time. The manager was very apologetic and made sure to see the problem through and get us the car cleaned. We got it cleaned and no further issues so far. They were on track for a good review, but the fact they made excuses, it took them 3 tries to give me my car, and my prior experiences with their service department. 2 stars is fair. (Long story short for the service department, I went to get an oil change and had 2 service techs nastily tell off a female coworker and call her sweetie and uncomfortable terms. Bruce Laga the service manager as yet to return my call or reach out). Overall avoid this dealership for service, it’s good for sales, go to mahwah for service. (If it didn’t take 3 tries to get a clean car they would have gotten 4 stars)

Matt worked out a great deal for us when returning our lease of our Honda HRV and getting us into a CRV. Alex, who we got our first Honda with 3 years ago, was as always friendly and helpful in making sure all of our paperwork was ready to go and sign off on upon our arrival. (We were going to have our toddler with us and explained that we needed to make the process as quick as possible and it was!) John, in finance, was also friendly and easy to work with. Thank you all for making this experience so pleasant. We love our new CRV!
