Prompt snd Organized Processing

We’ve been to different dealerships before and I can say that the experience we had with Alex Bernabe made a big difference. We were tremendously satisfied with the service we received from him. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating as he helped us go through the process. One can easily tell that he is very detailed oriented in the way he explained things to us. We would definitely recommend him to family snd friends.

Excellent customer service

Ray credit was excellent in short, he was always on our side working to make our vehicle purchase was as and successful as possible. The best part about working with Ray was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding a car that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

DCH Paramus is the best!

I came into DCH Paramus Honda to return my Accord lease, I was greeted and helped by Adolfo right away. He helped me make my decision on which car to trade for and took his time explain the features of the car as well as answering all of my questions. He also let me test drive the car so that I can get comfortable with the new features of the car. I would highly recommend anyone to ask for Adolfo when purchasing your car from DCH Paramus Honda.

Buying a new car was made super simple!

Kadir was amazing and helped me understand the car buying process. Showed me all the trim levels of the Honda Insight which ultimately helped me decide the vehicle I wanted. Thanks to him I will be coming back in the future.

Can't trust them

I really wanted to have a good experience here and fully expected to. Unfortunately, my salesman Diego fed me flat out lies about the condition of the used car I bought, i spent hours waiting at the dealership for my car and had to come back the next day because the work that was supposed to be done to it was never done and even then when i picked it up some of the work wasn't complete. John who tried selling me a warranty package promised me information about work done on the car that he never delivered and also lied to me about having 30 days to bring my car back if there were problems with it. He also failed to provide me the proper paperwork i was promised when picking up my car. When i questioned the missing information i was told that they couldn't provide it but i could see the information on the car fax they finally gave me after several phone calls. When i read the car fax, the dealership has reported false information about what work was done to the car as some of the items they listed as completed, were not done. After taking the car to be looked at at another honda dealership i found out that the car needs all new shock assemblies, the breaks i was promised were brand new were not in fact the back brakes were so bad i have to get the work done asap. Finally, i called the sales director Jose and he let me know i did in fact have 30 days to bring any issues to the dealership and promised to called me to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. This was on monday, i have left messages for him every day for the last 6 days and he has not answered or returned my call. Maybe this place is good for buying new cars but their customer service is awful and they tell you flat out lies about the car you are purchasing just to sell it to you. They also lie about your options just to sell you a warranty. They were paid in full for the car and now i have to spend an additional $2000 to $3000 to fix the car. Don't trust these people you will be very disappointed.
