Alex Barnabe from Paramus Honda has made shopping for a new car actually an enjoyable experience. I know it’s hard to believe. He always works hard to get me a good price. He works efficiently and always tries to get me exactly what I want. I bought two cars and leased two with him. I used to dread when my lease was up and now I look forward to it.

I came with my dad and Adolfo Marte explained the aspects of the car in detail. He showed us the warranty and the condition of the car. He was quick with paperwork and gave us a great experience.

completely unresponsive to questions about status of title
I purchased a pre owned vehicle on July 2 2019 with cash. As I finalized the deal with the finance department, I was assured that I could pick up the title the following week. As of July 30, I still do not have my title, and my temporary plates expire tomorrow. I made numerous calls and emails to the dealer about the status of my title, but no one returns calls about the status of my title and when I will receive it. Is it possible the dealer sold a car to which they do not have the title? Throughout the negotiation, I informed them that the car would be registered in another state, where I would be moving. I cannot register the car without the title. It would seem reasonable that the dealer could give me credible information about the title and when I would receive it, rather than just letting emails and voicemails go unanswered. If the title is being handled by NJ MVC, then at least someone could inform me and advise what to do with my soon to expire temporary plates. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Based on this experience, I just bought another car on Carvana.

Best day ever!
Adolfo Marte is an excellent salesman and an even better person. He is patient, kind and was very entertaining to work with. We spent a couple hours with him while working to lease a new car and it was a great experience. He did everything he could to get us exactly what we wanted. We are leaving happy costumers and will be sure to be back to see him again. Honda is lucky to have him as an employee.
