DCH Paramus Honda

Adolfo provides excellent customer service during my stay at Honda Paramus. I won’t hesitate to come back and I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a good deal!

Hubby reviewed a few Honda websites and pretty much new what he wanted. We were not looking forward to haggling with the salesperson and/or managers for hours and were already dreading it. We arrived at the dealership and were welcomed by salesman Jesus and within the hour we were stating specifics we wanted on the car, test driving the vehicle, and signing paperwork. The very next day we had to go pick up the vehicle and we were in and out of the dealership in the blink of an eye!

So, we have a family of five with all above 15. This was our second car from Honda and we're are satisfied. Our first care was an Accord which was also decent but this car was amazing. The size is elephantine and high-tech. Perfect service! Thank you!

My goal was to lease a Honda Pilot and not have to haggle for hours or waiting several hours for the process. Walking in on a Saturday late and was quickly setup with a sale person Juan, soon after agreed on price less then expected that i was happy with. The finance process was smooth and quick. The truck was prepped and ready to be driven off after demo of the new features. DCH exceeded my expectation. I would recommend to friends.

Juan was patient and very pleasant to work with. His follow-up was excellent. Brianna was patient and did an excellent job showing all the mechanics of the vehicle at pick-up.

Would definitely return! Didn't have to spend my evening haggling with anyone and we were able to walk away with what we wanted! Pick-up was just as easy even though we had to meet with Brianna as she went through her worksheet
