After owning my 2002 Honda Civic for 17 years it was time to purchase a new Honda. I was very nervous, but Alex calmed my fears and assisted me with finding the perfect new car. He was awesome, very knowledgeable,explained the different car packages, great customer service. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. The gentleman in the finance dept Dee Mustafa was great as well. Also, the young lady Chelsea who helped with explaining the cars electronic system was very patient and a pleasure to work with.

Dennis Estrada, the sales person who helped us purchase the vehicle went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He even picked me up knowing that I no longer had a car to get to the dealership so that I could drive away the automobile I had purchased. He is a true asset to the team. Vine a DCH Paramus Honda y estaba perdido porque no sabia cual era la oficina de ventas y el Sr. Adolfo Marte me vio y amablemente me preguntó que estaba buscando, en lo que caminabamos y hablabamos le explicaba mi situación de credito ya que tengo muy poco tiempo viviendo en el pais y mi credito no tenía absolutamente nada y el amable y cordialmente me explicó todo, de hecho yo solamente vine a investigar para tener una idea ya que sabia que no tenía credito y termine saliendo con un Toyota 2015, poco interes y bajo pago mensual con poco downpayment.
