I had a great experience being serviced by the sales rep Jesus and other team members. Jesus gave me and my family a comfortable feeling, the way he explain the vehicle inside and out. Any question you had he was patience and answered anything that concerned a buyer. the second you let him know what is your decision he would act on it, process everything just gets the job done. What an amazing experience to remember in a lifetime.

This is the 5th Honda and third from DCH Paramus. I live next to other Honda dealership but drive 10+ miles for Service and Purchase needs to DCH Paramus. That says a lot about my experience so far. My sales guy, Alex, is great; that is why I went again to him to replace my old Civic with a new 2019 Civic. He presented few options for us that he thought was best, but after he carefully listened to my needs, he provided a package that was a best fit for both budget and need. Once again, came back home with a happy feeling. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend Alex and DCH Paramus.

This morning my mentality was to just check the Honda Acord and it’s price. But my eyes were caught in the Honda Insight and I fell in love. I told my dad that I really like the Insight and Adolfo Marte was so kind to my mother and father that he told them it was a better idea to buy the Insight then the Accord because it has better things in a low price. He let me drive the car and I love everything about it. He was so nice and patient with my mother. I couldn’t believe I was going to purchase my car today if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be able to say that I finally have my first car.

Visited dch paramus honda today with my daughters and ran into one of the best salesman they have Adolfo Marte He genuinely shows professional concernswhen helping his clients I will definitely be recommending him to friends &family

Sami was very patient with going over the car features, Goviah was just awesome and Manny was Excellent. Even though some person were walking by without acknowledging the customers, its always a good experience when Manny is available.
