Came here to look at a 2018 CRV and dealt with Adolfo. Super courteous and made my experience very relaxed. Definitely not like other sales reps from other dealers who make you free pressured and uncomfortable. Went over a CRV in the showroom and was able to check one out in the color we wanted outside. I mistakenly indicated the incorrect name of the person in Sales support who instructed me on all of the instruments on my 2018 Accord Hybrid. Her name is Laura Santos. Laura was so very pleasant, informed, professional and patient with a “non-techie” person. She explained and showed how things worked and when I had additional questions she didn’t mind answering and demonstrating how they functioned. She has such a warm and easy going manner with a delightful sense of humor that put me at ease with all the new features of the car. She is a true asset to the organization and I hope she is greatly appreciated by the Honda management.
