I have always dreaded buying cars for a variety of unpleasant reasons. I Had gone to Paramus Honda a few times for manufacturers recalls but had never purchased a car from them. i figured I would give them a try and was glad I did so. The sales associate I was fortunate to meet was Alex Bernabe. Alex spent a good amount of time talking about the specifics of the Honda Accord I was interested in. It was evident that he was very knowledgeable. When it came to negotiatiang the price, Alex was honest and reasonable. Fantastic sales help! My friend Lisa recommended Adolfo Marte to assist with the CRV. Adolfo is a beautiful soft spoken person. He kindly asked for all my criteria and highlighted differences between each CRV model. We walked the lot to see different colors and options. Dreading the whole car buying experience, I decided to search DealerRater for a highly ranked salesperson. I found Alex was ranked at the top and decided to ask for him. He was no pressure and did not play games that the usual car salesmen play. He gave us a fair price right away and we felt very comfortable. After purchasing the car and going over the features we noticed a long mark on the hood. They immediately took it to their shop to check it out. A few minutes later they came back and said it was a scratch and would not come off. DCH said this was unacceptable and proceeded to find us the same car in their storage lot and 2 hours later we had a perfect car. Top notch dealer.
