Excellent service
Went to dch paramus to lease a 2018 hr-v. It was a very pleasant experience. Paul Park was very really nice and provided us necessary information we needed. Overall, great service and highly recommended!

Sales and Service Staff
From the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment I drove off the sales and service staff were very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. Bill Sutera, Alex Bernabe, and he finance and Lori explaining the car were more than I had wished for. This is our seventh car with this dealership and looking more in the future. The staff are all high 10's.

Courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable
I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord at DCH Paramus Honda and everyone I dealt with was very professional and I did not feel like I was dealing with pushy sales people trying to get me to buy a car at all costs. They were very knowledgeable about their product and the transaction was easily the best car buying experience I’ve had in 26 years of buying cars. No regrets. Very happy with the car and the experience. I got what I wanted at a great price. Financing was a breeze. Buying a car can be a bit stressful but they run a great operation at every level of service I dealt with so it was a smooth transaction. Quite painless. I would recommend DCH Honda to any of my family and friends looking for a new car. I cannot say that about any other car dealership that I dealt with in the past. Just terrific.

Dishonest
Test drove a car to get a feel for the car and receive the the $25 Amazon coupon they promised. Never received the $25 coupon. They promised it to me and I never got it. Followed up several times with the salesman and his boss. They both lied to me. Thank god I didn't go through with the purchase. What a bunch of crooks!

Worst dealership in NJ
Test drove a car there because they offered $25 amazon gift card. Never got gift card. Danny Jackson was the sales guy who was supposed to give me the gift card - he didn't. Followed up with his boss, Jose Hernandez. He promised he would make sure I got it. - He lied too. Save your self some trouble. Go to a different Honda dealer. DCH of Paramus are a bunch of liars,.

If so please correct the typo and send it to the correct email address. 7/10/18 - Got a call form DCH Honda after posting this review and they sent me the $25 gift card. Jason was very helpful resolving this issue.
