DCH Paramus Honda

I am gladly writing this review because of the wonderful experience I had at this dealership. From emailing with the internet sales associate Frank Jones, to working with my salesman Alex Bernabe as well as speaking with the manager CJ, all made my experience pleasant. They were all very accommodating and professional which lead to a quick and smooth purchase. The consultant Hamad Deeb, was very compotent and patient with both my husband and I, when teaching us about.all the features in my CRV. After he programmed and explained all the details to us, he then asked us to show him how to perform all the features on our own. As a teacher, I was very impressed by how thorough he was in his teaching and how much pride he took in making sure we didn’t leave without knowing how to use all the features. I will definitely be going back with my sister-in-law in November to purchase her new car.

I had a great time and experience working with Mr. Patel, my salesman along with CJ, Shadi, the finance man, and the Tech who expained how the car works. So happy with my new car. Thank you all.

I came back to Paramus DCH Honda to basically turn in a car that I had leased from them 3 years ago. I had been visiting other car dealerships and looking into different cars to replace the car that was coming off of a lease. I looked at many different cars and went to many dealerships and I came back to Paramus DCH Honda. The people that I dealt with on this visit were on top of their game. Alex Barnabe, my salesperson for this car, as well as the one I leased 3 years ago, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Everyone has different circumstances that they need to deal with and Alex was there with a solution. Remarkably I was finished with my deal with Alex before they could get my new car cleaned for me to take home!! They took care of dealing with my insurance company and made the entire process extremely pleasant. I love my new CR-V and I will tell all my friends to stop in and see Alex for the best deal in town!

I had great experience with Alex - he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the car buying process. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a new Honda car.

I went in just to look and came out with a new car. Diego was a great help and easy to work with. He heard what my concerns were and came back each time with news I could work with.
