I very much appreciated the whole sales process. I called ahead and asked to speak to a specific sales consultant who I saw had great reviews. I explained to Alex Bernable exactly what I was looking for and within 30 minutes he got back to me with some numbers. I drove down to the dealership and was able to finalized the sale. He, with the sales manager's approval, was able to match the quote I received from other Honda dealerships I visited. No games, no stress, Alex explained the whole process and I could have even walked out with the car that evening. I chose to come back 2 days later. Hamad Deeb was the sales delivery person who did an awesome job explaining the features to my wife and I. Very patient and very thorough. Dee Mustafa took care of the lease contracts for us, staying late in the evening, having fasted all day due to holiday! Awesome job guys!
