Jenssy was beyond patient and helpful. Great service. Great car! It was a long day from my old car being totaled to car shopping but these guys were very compassionate and ready to help get me into a safe new car!

Went there on a busy Saturday. Alex helped me get the car I wanted and get the right price for my trade in. The manager even gave me pizza to eat! Great place to buy a car from Alex to the finance manager it was seamless.

I knew what I wanted when I went into DCH Paramus, but I was worried that my car buying experience would involve a pushy salesperson trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. Alex Bernabe was fantastic in this regard. He was friendly and patient, and he didn't try to over talk me in the slightest. He was the nicest, kindest, least typical salesman-like person I've ever met. Lizbeth, who showed me how to use my car, is also deserving of recognition. Her manner was easy paced and very thorough, and I didn't feel rushed or uncertain about how to operate any of the in-car technology after speaking with her. My mother, who had also leased the same make of Honda with Alex and who had recommended him to me, came with me when Lizbeth was introducing me to my car and told me afterward that Lizbeth explained things that her own introductory person hadn't shown her. If anyone from DCH Paramus reads this, give Alex and Lizbeth raises!

As a senior citizen, I've had much experience purchasing cars. Ria is the BEST salesperson I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. She was very patient in answering my questions and made me feel comfortable in making the final decision. Though relatively young, Ria is mature, approachable, and is an outstanding representative for DCH Honda. I have already told a couple of friends to contact her.

I always dread the car buying process, but I have to say I would highly recommend DCH Paramus Honda. I came in having a good idea of what I wanted, and a good idea of what I wanted to pay. Worked primarily with Josh Park, who took us for a test drive. After that we talked numbers, and quickly agreed upon a very fair price based on the internet research (ie, Truecar) I had done beforehand. Very little waiting around, none of the shadiness I've experienced elsewhere. From there, Josh and team (Michael Lee - manager, Dee Mustafa - finance, Laura Santos - delivery) went out of their way to work together in moving the process along as quickly as possible. All four were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. We were in and out in under three hours - a great experience and am very happy with my new Accord!

Paramus Honda is fabulous. Mr. Sutera, Mr. Bernabe, and Ms. Santos made my re-leasing experience smooth and pleasurable. When you walk into the place, you feel at ease and relaxed. Mr. Sutera is such a friendly and professional person. Mr. Bernabe is very knowledgable and caring. Both of these individuals look out for your best interest. Same for Mr. Jaludi. Ms. Santos made the delivery very easy by explaining my new HR-V. The SUV rides like a car and is very quiet and powerful. Love it.

Weatherly did an outstanding job explaining the facets of my new Honda Accord - Patient, professional, and empathetic. Her performance was matched by salesperson, Ria, who went through all options with sincereity and enthusiasm. I used to teach Customer Service. This team is #1!
