Had a great buying experience with this dealership and Tony Oparaku. They were willing to work with me within my budget and found solutions to get me a better deal. My sales rep Tony was very friendly and was very easy to work with. He also kept me company and engaged in conversation during the wait for the papers and the vehicle to be done.

I encountered some unexpected difficulties following repairs. However,I was very impressed with the way in which the dealership stood behind its work and made the situation right. In particular, my dealings with Steve Wilson were fantastic. Besides being polite and personable I could tell that Steve paid attention to detail and understood my concerns. He kept me updated and helped ensure that final repairs were made within my requested time frame and on very reasonable terms. In short, what could have been a very negative experience turned into a positive one, in large part because of the way that Steve handled the situation. The dealership demonstrated to me that it has integrity and I recommend Paramus Honda to others.

Purchased my new CR-V and I am very happy with my car! The negotiations for price was the easiest and non-difficult part of the whole experience. Wish my trade in value wasn't as difficult to agree on. My issue was Roberto kept disappearing on us when we needed some answers for the insurance company. Also my main issue was my car wasn't ready when we finished up with financing. We waited an additional hour and half so that the car was sent to the dealership because someone didn't communicate to the warehouse about the car. But overall very happy with the end results.

Weatherly Del Rosario was a great help, very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. She help me understand the features of the car and also ran to get the car from getting cleaned since we were waiting. Roberto in sales was extremely helpful too but was all over the place at times. We waited a little longer then necessary to actually get the car because of lack of communication with the warehouse.

My family has been taking our Hondas for service for years. We have had nothing but good experiences with DCH Paramus Honda, but this honestly may have been the best service ever. Our 2003 Honda Element has 120k on it and needed some big work done. Trying to make an informed decision about dropping a lot of money isn’t easy, but Danny Turbides went SO far out of his way to help us to understand what the long term effects of the repairs would be, and helped us make the right decision. The car drives better than ever after the repairs, and Danny even had a conversation with me about a possible trade in and the new Pilot.
