DCH Paramus Honda

From start to finish I was treated with respect, honesty and sincerity. I will always promote this dealership. Especially Alex ( sales ) and CJ ( manager ). I was very impressed.

I had a very positive experience at this dealership! I've been to many car dealerships, and many of my experiences have been horrific, but DCH made the process very pleasant. Emily my sales rep was great, and even the person who brought out my car (I forgot his name, unfortunately) was very thorough in introducing me to my new Civic and making sure I was fully aware of every feature in the car. The finance person (again, forgot his name, sorry!) was very helpful and patient, even though it was getting late and after closing hours when we got to the contract portion of the process. The only complaint I would have is that they are pricey (but then again, what car dealership isn't?), but their service was excellent and I could tell that they really care about and take pride in providing the best service to their customers. I would pay a little extra for that. :)

Very enjoyable and easy place to buy a car, my sales person (Ria) was excellent. she helps us out with everything and guide us in the whole process of getting a new car.

Great Honda dealership and best sales representative. Just one week of driving the new Honda Accord 2018 Sport 2.0T and I have to say: Thank you, dear Kadir Karagoz. Thank you very much for selling to me this fifth Honda car since 2008. Teen years later you continue being a best sales representative, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful to choose and get the best car from what Honda can offer today. This is a really great car. Everything is new and I am learning how to drive it. The new driving experience and new fillings are changing my “habits”, changing me as a driver. Kadir, thank you again and I hope that this is not the last Honda car I will get from you.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with DCH Honda in Paramus which resulted in me purchasing a car on Feb. 22. This is how a car dealership should be. It all started with a great internet quote from Tiffany Velez for and Accord Ex_L 2.0T. Next came my appointment with Carlos Gonzalez, and I couldn't have asked for a better and more courteous and knowledgeable salesman. As this would be a major purchase for me, I was a little hesitant, Carlos was patient and I never felt pressured, which I appreciated. Next I met with the finance manager Shadi and he was wonderful to work with. Before leaving, Weatherly reviewed features of the car and helped me set up personal settings. This car has a lot of bells and whistles and I appreciated the thorough review. Two days later I had a problem with Apple Play and just stopped in. Hamad immediately helped me and fixed the problem which was with my I-phone. The people who I've worked with make you feel welcomed and have treated me more like family then a customer.

Good Customer service! It was a good envoirment and a lot more car color choices and options then the few previous Honda dealers I went to.

This is the 4th Honda that I've purchased from DCH Paramus and I have always come away a satisfied customer! Hamad Deeb was my first salesperson years ago and had worked with me on many occasions. He has moved into another position but was there to take the time to introduce me to Kamal Snaif who is now my "new best guy". Kamal walked me through all of the Crv options with the greatest of patience. He went through actual stock to show me what the colors really looked like and how the various options really worked. When it came time to close the deal they brought in Mike "Mo" Jaloudi who was also wonderful to work with. He made the finance part effortless! I cannot say enough about "the trinity" and how they worked with me that day. And to think, I wasn't even looking to purchase when I walked in the showroom that day!! The greatest dealership with the greatest staff! I will definitely look for Kamal when it's time for the next Crv!
