DCH Paramus Honda

I went to the dealership looking to trade in a car that was only 2 years old because I needed more room. I still owed money on it, Renato was able to show me the van that I wanted and help me to negotiate with them to get the price I wanted. When it came to the vehicle pick up Hamad D. was wonderful. Not only did he get my car ready in a reasonable time but he took his time teaching me about everything in the car. There are a lot of features with the odyssey, and he helped me with every one, he was in high demand but he still took his time with me. Whenever someone would call he would tell them he had to finish up with me, he didn’t rush me and he made sure I understood everything. He didn’t miss a beat. I so I appreciate him and the people of DCH Paramus Honda, they got me what I wanted at the price I wanted (we wouldn’t back down, lol).

Alex provided excellent product knowledge and gives his customers adequate information in order for the buyer to nake informed decision. He helps his client arrived at a decision that they feel good about after the purchase.

This is our second purchase with Alex Bernabe. We were treated very well as we were the first time. The dealership is well stocked and has plenty of salesmen on hand. There is a play room which helps when you’re shopping with kids. I will definitely consider returning when we’re ready for our next purchase.

I’ve been buying and having good experience from DCH PARAMUS since 1999. Last Friday was a lot better! Got in at 7pm, he gets the car ready for test drive and give my trade in for quote in half an hour. The deal was over in less than 1 hour. Paper works done and I am out by 9:30. The next day I took the delivery, Alex gave me the keys, and Hamad spend time with all technologies in this 2018 Honda Accort Sport 1.5T CVT

Alex really listened to my needs and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. We negotiated price and I was able to get my new car in a few days after signing the lease.
