So I came here to this dealership to find a certified used car after 2 months shopping/looking around another dealership. I had a bad first experience with the dealerships at local Nissan prior to going here. I was pressured to signing while I was still asking questions regarding the vehicle. The manager at Paramus Nissan told me, "You talk to much" while I was asking question regarding the 3-4mm tire thread left on the vehicle. I was shocked! And wanted to punch him in the face. Clearly, these guys aren't the ones you want as your first car buying experience. After this terrible experience, I waited 2 months before visiting DCH Paramus Honda. I saw a listing for a car worth checking out at Paramus Honda. I avoided to go inside the facility and went to the lot to just check out the car. I was later told by a friend that he had great experience with this guy named Alex Bernabe and that he has bought most of his cars through him. As for someone like me that had a terrible experience, I was skeptical but made an appointment anyways. Let me say, Alex is Top Notch and was a pleasure having him help us buy our car. I wasn't pressured to do anything out of my own will. Alex kept everything transparent as possible. He will give you advice on what to expect. The guy has a nickname called, "The Dude" because he is The Dude to go to if you want a pleasure buying experience. So if I decide to purchase a car in the future, I will definitely check with DCH Paramus Hoinda first. Dee Mustafa was very kind guy. He did the finance side of things and asked us a few questions regarding extended warranty. He gave us offers but I kindly declined. No pressure and we continued to work on the papers. Everything went very smoothly and bought my first car.

As a car buyer, my priorities were a) to pay a fair price for the car I buy b) get through the deal quickly without unnecessary back and forth and c) not to look back and think something was not clear to me when I closed the deal. When DCH sends you a quote , they put up a banner on the quote mentioning their policy of price transparency - no hidden fees, no unnecessary additional extras, no additional unmentioned requirements to qualify for a price and so on. I was offered a competitive price on the quote and when I went in to their dealership, Alex met me almost immediately and had a worksheet ready in minutes. They stood by the price they quoted and the total number matched what I had already worked out using the numbers I knew for sales tax/ registration et al - which means they completely stand by what they advertise. The whole deal was sealed in under an hour - and would have been even quicker if they were not forced to wait on my auto insurance provider due to call volumes. I think Alex and Dee did a wonderful job and at all times were extremely professional, super efficient and seemed have the process tuned well to get through things as quickly as possible while always doing due diligence to ensure correctness at every step. I was provided all the information about available options, Alex went through every button on the car meticulously with me and Dee got me in and out of financing as quickly as I could expect. At all times, I could also see that they did not simply prioritize speed over keeping things error-free and did the required due diligence at all steps. All in all, that's exactly what I wanted - to get a fair price and get in and out quickly. DCH Paramus delivered on that promise perfectly and I believe that is what makes those consumer satisfaction scores for DCH Paramus keep going up - or for that matter, make people like me drive 25 miles skipping multiple other dealerships to buy a car from them. They have a great team and I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Love doing business with Dennis , i just got my 2nd car from him. My lease was coming due in a month and he made my experience so amazing. Last thing I wanna do spend a lot of time in the dealership, he made it so simple for me. After finding the car that I wanted he worked out the numbers and give me such a great deal with such ease. Working with him is an absolute delight in every way as he listens to you and aims to make you so happy. To see his clients happy is the greatest joy for him. If you are out for car I so recommend using him.

I have been going to this dealer for many years. Purchasing new cars and using their servicedepartment There isn't another dealer I could recommend this highly. They strive to be the top in everything they do. Sales, Customer service. all excellent. If you are planning on buying a car or need service visit this dealer. My only wish is that they would go back to offering loaner cars if they need to keep your car for service longer than expected.
