DCH Paramus Honda

I brought my car for a service recall and was promised a ride to and back to dealership. I waited almost one hour for the shuttle and asked driver him if I'll be picked up from home between 1:30 to 2:30 PM as I needed to pickup my daughter from school. He said he can not assured me of that. Talked to one of service associate who was very unconcerned and rude and told that they can not promise me a pickup by 2:30 PM, which they did when making appointment for the service, I was told to just wait in the lobby for the car to be done. I was very disappoointed with thier service and lack of professionalism. I will not ever go to that dealership again.

Alex Bernabe took all the time to give me all my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car. Top notch car salesman.

Paul Park was very kind and gave a great deal on a car for my son. Paul was able to explain a lot about the new Civic that we did not understand. We were able to seal the deal and he was going out of his way to help us. We felt like we were his only priority and that's a good quality for a salesman.

I had bought a CRV almost 12 years ago from Honda. It had over 200,000 miles but was still attached to my vehicle. I went to Paramus Honda just to look. Manny my salesman showed me a few cars. He kept in touch with me. I went to other dealerships but at the end I went back to Manny. He was patient, never pushy. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I've been very happy with Honda since my purchase of the crv but I could have gone to another Honda. The service took me back to Paramus Honda.

This is my first Honda purchase and I would be able to give a more comprehensive review once I put some miles on the car! However, I was extremely satisfied with my sales person and was happy with the ease of purchasing my first new car in 12 years! I'm guessing the service department of DCH Honda Paramus is as efficient and courteous as the showroom staff! I look forward to getting to know this dealership going forward.
