DCH Paramus Honda

Based on previous experience with other dealers, I was a little hesitate to visit another until I decided to visit DCH. A friend recommended to visit, so I did. Once I got there, spoke with Lenny Ramos, explained what I was looking for and he was committed in doing the impossible to provide options. I was referred to Aron Varela and once he heard my situation, he was real upfront and offered possible options based on what I could afford. You can tell when a salesperson knows what he talking about and is sincere. This guy went all out. He offered a 2012 camry that was in excellent conditions which would be a perfect match based on my needs. We did the numbers and it worked out perfect. A comfortable monthly payment and when signing papers, I was told that they were able to work with the bank and lower the payment by $50 which was great. I was really grateful for them going all out to help we get what I needed that was a car, I would recommend them without a doubt. Thanks Lenny and Aron. God bless you guys

I am always apprehensive when buying a car but I was pleasantly surprised when I met Juan Tamayo. He was warm friendly and ready to answer any questions in a professional but very relaxed way. I didn't feel pushed or rushed to buy a car. I did buy a new Honda - my second Honda. Never had problem with my first Honda so I went back to DCH Honda. Thanks Juan for making me feel comfortable which is unlike many car salesmen out there!! And thanks for offering to help me again to go over the car a second time.
