excellent as usual

This is my 5th Honda from the same dealership and same sales rep Alex Bernabe. Alex makes you feel like family. He remembers you from years past. Alex will always make sure he does his best to get you the best deal as possible. I will certainly go back to Alex for my 6th Honda.

Great experience buying my first car !!!

They gave me a good tour and description of the vehicle I wanted to buy. They were very frank and clear about the prices, breakdown. The overall experience was very good and I was glad to buy my first car from this dealership.

Exciting

I went to Honda Paramus because of Paul Park, and he made my visit definitely memorable. He was friendly and welcoming. I'm definitely coming back to him for the future.

MIKE HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK- NO GAMES!!

Mike Jaloudi really is a true professional! He treated us with respect and played none of the usual car sales games played by many other companies in your market. Mike was able to gain our trust very quickly and his overall presentation and knowledge of the vehicle was spectacular. He took his time to explain all the features and benefits of the car's unique attributes. I truly thank the dealership for the courtesy and professionalism they afforded us. Never again! Very disappointing

John Medrano in finance is very arrogant. I was purchasing a CRV, in cash and for some reason he felt it was necessary to run a credit check! He finally returned my phone calls after management and corporate was called. He then took his sweet time ( over a week) returning paperwork to me in which I had provide a self addressed/stamped envelope!! That is just the beginning of my list about him. As for the dealership it self, the registration came after the temporary plates, that they issued, had expired. I was told on a Friday they were sending all other, dated, material in over night mail which then arrived Monday at 5:30 pm!! I will be telling family and friends that live near there to go elsewhere. Their prices were comparable to many other dealers in the area but not worth all the hassles I went thru.
