Salesman was very knowledgable, pleasant and completed the whole sale including registration and insurance transfer quickly. He also was very cordial, letting us know step by step what was being done and even offered us refreshment while we waited.

Purchased a 2016 Odyssey EXL. After a long research process and trying different vans, I came to DCH after another dealership left me very unsatisfied. Stephen was very helpful and handled a lot of the work over the phone and email, which was excellent for me and my family's busy schedule. I went in with a price and they did not haggle me at all. I felt absolutely no pressure from Stephen to rush to come in, everything was on my time at my convenience. Stephen followed up with me often making sure everything was to my liking and that we found the perfect trim level/options I wanted. The only time I felt a little pressure was in the finance office with the extended warranties and add-ons. My advice would be to look into these things before going in. Mark was helpful in alleviating some stress I had over the extended warranties and protection packages, ultimately finding what was best for me and my family. Even though he was selling me a product, he was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. He made me feel like he cared about not only my business but what would be of benefit to me and the future of the vehicle. Even after the sale, Stephen has followed up. I can't say enough good things about him. I've already recommended Stephen and DCH to my family and friends.
