DCH Paramus Honda

I recently purchased my 2015 Honda CR-V from DCH Paramus Honda..My salesperson was Stephen Berkowitz. Stephen helped to make the buying and pick-up process into a terrific experience..His honesty, caring and customer care was obvious from the first telephone call with him right thru to his thorough delivery of the car to me.. I was more than satisfied with him and would recommend the experience to any new purchaser..By the way I love my new Honda CR-V..

We went to DCH Paramus Honda to lease two cars on Sat., June 27, 2015. We had Hamad Deeb for our salesman. It was very busy at the dealership. However, Hamad made us feel like we were the only customers there. Hamad was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He worked hard and got us a good deal. When we were going through the paperwork, he helped to expedite everything. And when going over the cars, he was very helpful and patient. While there were some times when we were waiting on other things to be done, ie: call back from insurance company, etc., Hamad was very accommodating and nice to my husband, kids and myself. Our salesman was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the vechicle we were interested in, which was a 2015 CR-V. My wife and I would absolutly recommend the dealership and to work on with Stephen Berkowitz as your salesman.

Stephen helped us find the new CRV that we were looking for and worked with us to get as close as possible to the price at which we were looking to buy it. He was very knowledgeable about the product and we would buy from him again.

We were in the market for a CRV and found this to be as stress free as car buying with an infant can be. We went in with a true car price so the hardest part was picking the color. Alex was great and easy to work with. He drew up all the papers while we went to eat lunch. When we got back the car was washed and ready to go. Unfortunately we were there fighting with insurance companies, but he did fight us to get spot insurance to get the car home. They did charge me $200 for the insurance which expires in 7 days, sucks for me! Overall there was no pressure or haggling, which was nice. My only complaint was that the dealership relies on these reviews so much that he mentioned doing about 20 times too many.

Stephen was great handling my purchase. While I already knew the exact make/model/trim I wanted, he finalized the purchase seamlessly and painlessly. Also want to give kudos to David Marcus in Internet Sales who worked with me on an an out the door price so I didn't waste my time at the dealership. Also want to recognize Luis Garcia in financing for quickly secureing/arranging financing at the advertised promotional APR. The customer service from all was first class. I would highly recommend your dealership and Stephen Berkowitz. Would go to him again for any future Honda vehicle purchases.

The dealership has some nice perks like their new quick service garages. no appointments needed to do your oil change or tire rotations. good selection of vehicles to boot.

Great experience leasing my new car at DCH Honda on Saturday. The salesman, Alex Bernabe, was a pleasure to work with on every level. He helped my sister get a great deal for a 3-year lease on a 2015 Honda Civic. He was personable, efficient, and HONEST. There was no fine print or catches to the deal. Since he was so straightforward and pleasant and I was on the market for a new car as well, I also signed a lease for the same vehicle. He honored the same deal he gave my sister. There was actually a small hiccup with the process. Someone inadvertently dinged the car that was intended for me on the morning of my pickup. Alex had the whole thing handled and a new replacement vehicle was ready for me by the time I arrived. It was truly a no-hassle experience. I really like my new car and I was very impressed with Alex's professionalism and helpfulness. I will recommend DCH Honda, and particularly, Alex Bernabe, to my friends and family in their next car buying or leasing experience. Painless process!
