2015 Honda Fit purchase

I went looking for a new car and I picked the 2015 Honda Fit. Stephen was very helpful and knowledgeable.. A great salesman. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to stop by DCH Paramus Honda!

Great customer service and price

From the get go Will Pichardo was of great assistance through the process. I would like to especially recognize Alex Bernabe a senior sales consultant for his excellent and friendly customer service. He was a pleasure to work with and got me a agreat deal on a new vehicle. I would highly recommend him. DCH Paramus is an A+.

I will post this everywhere I can

Everyone has the right to know how horrible of an experience I had here. This review is already on Yelp, and google. So, here I go. What a horrible experience. First off, what dealership does not have a loaner program, when you drop off your car there for a service department? Even when you dropped 22,500 on the car from them initially. Strike 1. Strike 2. Never having calls answered. I was prepared to drop 800 dollars on new tires, but opted to go to a local place on Route 17, because my phone calls were never returned. Strike 3. When I went to the local place, I was informed that I did not need new tires just yet. I can easily go another 6 months 7500 - 10,000 miles on my current tires. If you know what is good for you, do not go to this service department. They will leave you with a horrid taste in your mouth, and each of them need to go to a form of training on how to interact with the customer.

This is the letter I sent to customer shortly after receiving his feedback: Thanks for the feedback. I do not work in the service department but would like to answer your questions 1. The majority of dealers (other than high line makes) in NJ do not have rental vehicles. In fact, out of 40 Honda dealers in NY metro I am only aware of one, and they are a very small volume store. The issue is how many we would be required to have. We see close to 200 service customers per day. Can you imagine how many hundred's of loaners we would need. Where would we park those? We do have a free shuttle service though, and the longest hours in the area (6 AM to 9 PM weekdays and 7 AM to 5 PM on Sat) 2. There is no excuse for not answering your calls, however we have been experiencing overwhelming call volumes (4 times our usual amount) the past couple months due to Honda mailing recall notices to everyone in the area. 3. There is a scientific method for determining when new tires are recommended which uses a simple tool that measures how much tread is left. You can pick up this tool for yourself at any local parts store or borrow one from us. Please give me a call when you get a chance. I'd love to hear more of your side of the story. Great price and service

I have owned several Hondas and Acuras in the past, but this was the most pleasurable experience I've had at a car dealership. I'd like to personally thank Alex Bernabe, a senior sales consultant for his assistance in making this a great buying experience and offering me the car that I wanted at a great price. Definitely a happy customer. Highly recommended.

They have the best deals and they will work with you to ensure you walk out of the dealership with the best deal! I visited 3 Hondas before gojng to DCH to ensure I was getting the best value for my buck. I definitely left there ad Happy Customer.

Patient and accomodating

Aldo was great to work with. Extremely patient, kind and genuine. I've been told my personality is strong and could be intimidating or off-putting to certain people. Aldo wasn't at all rattled by my expectations and requests. He was very accommodating and listened intently to what I wanted. He is not the typical pushy car salesman. I was at the dealership until night fall and he drove me around to the different lots so I could see the different color CRVs in person. He offered to go to more when we couldn't find one specific color but I objected, it was late and I was tired but he still offered just in case. Aldo made car buying, a pleasant and painless experience. He is really an asset to the Honda team. If only all salesman were like him, the world would be a better place.

Great experience @ Paramus Honda

My family recently leased 2 vehicles from DCH Paramus Honda and were extremely pleased from the moment we walked in the door until we left with our brand new vehicles. Our Sales Rep Hamad Deeb & our Sales Manager Matt Hunziker were excellent !! They were very knowledgable, knew exactly what our needs were and fullfilled all of them. I highly recommend this dealership and these two Salesman !!!

Great Experience Purchasing a new Honda Civic

I was referred to the dealership by True Car and they had the new 2015 Honda Civic in manual in stock which I was looking for. I was given the internet Fourth of July price that they quoted me over the internet with no hidden fees or any gimmicks. I was introduced to my salesman Steve Chan and he was the calmest and best sales person that I have dealt with so far.
