I went to this dealership to purchase 2015 Accord LX after getting internet quote from David Marcus. Followed up over the phone with David stating I had a lower quote from another dealer. David assured they can match it. Actual visit to the dealership was very seamless, pleasant experience. The sales rep Joe England was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job explaining our questions and made sure to deliver the car in timely manner. Mike Ehirim, the finance manager, was also great; Mike promptly prepared paper work and we were out of the dealership in timely manner with our new car. We will be back to this dealership when we buy another Honda next year. Highly recommend this dealership, especially Joe England!!

Hamad Deeb was recommended to us when we were looking to buy a Pilot last year, after having a dismissive experience at Tenafly Honda. Hamad worked with us, went above and beyond and got us in the car we wanted the same day. We subsequently bought our Accord from him. Today I called looking to get cross bars installed to accommodate a car top carrier, after an incredibly difficult and ultimately failed attempt with Sears automotive. Despite already being very busy and the rushed nature of my request, in typical fashion Hamad was gracious, accommodating, and somehow made it happen. And he remembered that I'd been pregnant the last we'd seen him and asked after the baby. I cannot think of someone more suited to his line of work. As long as Hamad is there, DCH Paramus has customers for life.

I went to this dealership exactly a month ago and I must say I'm thankful I didn't go anyplace else. It was my first time buying a certified pre-owned car and I needed an SUV that could handle the tough roads in the tri-state area. I was introduced by a friend to Omar Colon who took the time and effort to keep me informed not just of my new purchase but also everything that came with the benefits of being part of the honda family. I wish I could've been a part of it sooner! He helped me understand the difference between leasing and financing as well as all the percs that comes from buying a certified pre-owned vehicle. Till this day he checks up on me and my experience with the vehicle and thats something no other dealer or seller could compare. The human connection is what can make or break the business and I must say as long as salesmen like Omar are around there is hope! Everything was on paper and he explained to me all the costs without the fine print jargon. No pressure to buy and he helped me find the best deal under my current budget! I feel safe and comfortable knowing that I can come back for my future purchases and any maintenance needs!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Aaron who was able to get my boyfriend and I exactly what we were looking for - a 2007 Honda Accord. The car was in amazing condition. Aaron was able to us a VERY reasonable price. This is my very first car and Aaron definitely made my first car buying experience a memorable one. I'll never forget him. My boyfriend is very hard to please and talk to but he was surprisingly super comfortable around Aaron. In addition to trying his best to help us out the first time we came, he followed up with us daily, left messages and encouraged (but did not beg - which I hate) us to come back to see more options. Rather than trying to make a quick sale for a quick commission which is what most salespeople do, Aaron took his time, bonded with my family, kept it real with us and even gave us a few life lessons. I trusted and confided in Aaron so much I took the deal over the phone and came to pick up an hour later. It was the best decision we made!
